As Whereever I Know Yt Allows To Remove The Audio Of Any Particular Section Of Video And Then You Can Add Other Music, But Sadly It Doesn't AllowTo Choose Music From Desktop, It Allows From The YT Free Music Library, Ortherwise I Would Have First Removed Complete Audio From The Video Then Added The Complete Mix .
