This is one of the most underrated arcade fighting games of all time. I got the pleasure of playing this at a arcade set up at the last Fall Classic and i oretty much played this game that whole weekend. Sooo much fun!!
psp version has simpler inputs (back forward (46) instead of qcf (236), etc.), as well as some balancing with characters that the community overall agrees were for the worse, but, the psp version is in english and has some alright tutorials, so playing the psp tutorial then playing the ps2 one from there is the best idea
@@vzm_underscore maybe it's just me but I don't think it's possible to make such long combos on the psp like on the ps2 (Like Gil spamming first hit of 2C three times in combo or Archer spamming his bow 2C while keeping opponent in the air.) Overall it feels like the characters are slowed on the psp which was "rebalanced" by making the Grail ultimates doing 7000 base damage,which is the only way I know of to do ToD combos on psp.
