She's so good in the show. Perfect casting choice. Good comedy in our era is so thin on the ground, both 30 Rock and Curb are head and shoulders above the rest. :)

This show got me through grad school, ‘07-‘09, and was in its prime. Elaine Stritch as Colleen was the perfect casting for Jack’s mother given who he is. 👍🏼

There will never be another show with such fabulous writing (thx Tina Fey!) or impeccable timing! This show should be in the top ten best network television shows of all time. It will forever be my favorite! 😍❤️🤩

Watch Alec's acting when Alan Alda at 8:30 starts talking about time lost and going on about road trips in his VW Van. That kind of active listening and technique is what makes Alec so amazing.

The best mother/son casting in TV. Both are excellent and the interplay is superb. So like 30 Rock to bring in big hitters like Elaine Stitch for featured parts like this.
