1 of the few Star if not the only one who can do extreme stunts, Parkour, & martial art & combine it to make it an action masterpiece. Tony Jaa is the only closest one I can think of to be like Jackie except his acting is not there yet.
Jackie's entire career was created by sacrificing his own body. Without his effort, he'd have gotten no where. I don't think there's really another actor out there who is THAT willing to put their life on the line just to make a half second shot look good to the audience.
It's all about Drunken Master 2, Police Story and Project A. But there are almost always a few jaw-dropping scenes in even the cheesiest of Jackie Chan movies.

He donated 100 million dollars last year alone to charity. He has built schools in all continents. Half a billion people downloads his songs. Released more albums than Michael Jackson. He has so many achievements these are usually forgotten. Just thought I would mention them. 100+ movies made! Still going strong.
i'm a big fan of Jackie Chan too and i also like his music. but i just wanna say. it's not about releasing most albums. is about releasing the best albums.
Kevin McDonald Walmart, Home Depot, Chinese buffet. . . There's no good place to fight him. . . but the least worst place would probably be in an empty field. . .
I think the name of that movie was "Who Am I' and if you were actually talking about the bicycle scene right after that, that movie was called "Project A". But you should definitely check out "Who Am I', that was one of his best movies, in my opinion.
Well I compare cuz Jackie Chan does his own stunts & plan them. Also I've watch just about Donnie Yen movie, but I don't see him do much stunts. Im not talking about fight. I'm talking about like acrobats, jumping over buildings, & parkour that's y I say Tony Jaa came closest.
Tony Jaa makes an other fighting style than Jackie Chan, Yuen Biao, Sammo Hung, Jet Li, Donnie Yen, Michelle Yeoh and much more.. The person who is almost like Jackie Chan, would I say was Donnie Yen.. He does his own stunts, he can fight (taekwondo, tai chi, wing chun, kung fu, wrestling, MMA and much more) see some movies of Donnie Yen, then you can talk about who is the closest.. But why do you compaire Jackie with other fighters/ stuntmen/ actors?
