I grew up in the 1970s watching Roger Moore as James Bond at my local cinema. I got to see him in person in London 2008. I asked him what it was like working with the other 'Big' stars in the 'Wild Geese', His reply was "What do you mean, the other big stars? At the party Lee went looking for Roger , someone taped him the back , and turned round, and woke up on the floor 5 minutes latter , with several people around him. Interesting that Roger and Barbara apparently didn't get along well. I think that The Spy Who Loved Me is the best of the Roger Moore Bond movies. Maybe that tension is part of the reason that movie works so well. For those who don't remember, in the movie Bond was responsible for the death of Triple X's (played by Bach) lover. The script called for a fair amount of tension between them because of that.
