Geoff has already said they have the perfect setup right now and he will not hire anyone that can ruin the dynamic the current group has. Hero trys way to hard to be funny. And would not fit well with the group.

Honestly, I love Hero just as much as the next guy and what he does is amazing, but there isn't anything for him to be hired, he literally takes their videos, and compiles them into shorter videos. He isn't making new content, just using the same, but still, he should get more recognition for sure, but not something like being hired...
If only there was a job he could do at RT that somehow involved editing things into and out of their videos. If somehow he could make a job out of editing he would be a good hire
