Touché. McMorris did hit 3 rails switch to Kleveland's 1. However, Kleveland's rotation on rails was 1,350 to McMorris's 1,080. To your point, McMorris did show he could spin 16s both directions. While Kleveland showed that he can spin 16s off both edges. No way to do a FS & BS 16 different directions w/o reverting - that's a no no. Though, if a revert was done on purpose for that reason, I wonder if the judges wouldn't take points off (prob not). Also, you would lose too much speed and at that point, just do an 1,800. Anyway, I would say it's equal on the 16s, but apparently not to the judges. As you said, they are looking for spins both directions, but I would think heels and toes is just as impressive as left and right. McMorris's total jump rotations were 5,040, while Kleveland's was 5,400. Even with a slight hand drag I would think a back 12 would earn more points than front 9. Kleveland total run rotation = Rails: 1,350 Jumps: 5,400 Total: 6,750 McMorris total run rotation = Rails: 1,080 Jumps: 5,040 Total: 6,120 A difference of 630 degrees goes to Kleveland. Watching again, McMorris did have more amplitude on a some of the kickers, but it's not an astronomical difference. Yea I kinda stopped watching a couple years ago for this reason. Too many repeat tricks. I love riders like halldor

More steez PLZ! I'm tired of The announcers not knowing the tricks or calling the tricks as they happen. They only call out the same repetitive "spin it to win" it tricks.
