During the lockdown phase of the pandemic, he and his wife relocated to Boston to be closer to family. After a while there, they decided they wanted to relocate permanently, which meant Jeremy stepping down to part-time status. Since the rest of the AH crew is now pretty much back to office and have several new members, and Jeremy has his own streaming gig going, that means he's more of a guest star these days.
