What I love about the Judd v8’s is that each one that one featured was a different displacement and you could hear either the slight difference in tone or rpm!
Not even bother choosing a favorite because every single one of them is amazing, unique and crazy in their own right.Just gonna say thank you for continously bringing us motorsport heaven.
It's that Judd engine......for some reason Judd has produced an engine that makes better music than any other manufacturer. V8, V10....doesnt matter.....No Judd, No Life🔥
@@dinos22 yes, its used in a few of their hillclimb videos. But the motor has to be rebuilt every few races, being a NA high compression engine. The strenght of the steel can only take so much before needing replacement.
1:32 Great sound!Cant remember this car much. Looks like Judd 3.5/4.0 V8 are top engines. Also did they make only N/A engines? And ofcourse coolest car on end:Super Fast SLK+Volume on max!
@@sidneygriffiths5737 did he really tho? The V8 Judd engine has been in use waaay before Plasa started using it.. but he might be the first one to put a LMP2 Judd V8 in a hill climb car.. and his name was Georg Plasa not Jorgé..
The SLK looked to be going an entirely different speed class than the rest, but the BMW street driver won my heart. Have to imagine he knew that neighborhood like the back of his hand.
I will forever be grateful to RaceRoom for bringing the SLK 430 Judd over so I can experience just a portion of its real life ferocity. I love the BMW 134 Judd V8 so much but the SLK is right beside it in terms of the “fear of God factor” while going all out in it. The only cars to genuinely raise my heart rate in a freaking simulator 😂
Whoaa! Luv that sound 👂of the Alfa Judd!!! 🤪👍💯💢💥cracking video 📹 👌 👦 guys!! Always enjoy watching your videos 👍!! Fantastic job 👏 looking forward to seeing 👀 more soon! Cheers 🍻 Paul
Guys, these are all crazy men and machines but talk about being on the ragged edge of sanity....that Mitsubishi with the SB Chevy V8 is just plain nuts! The in car video literally had me sweating!
Three absolute favourites out of all these amazing cars, the BMW powered mk2 Escort, E92 GT2 and that Judd engined 190, sublime! EDIT: Also love that Elise V8, sounds like a late 80s/early 90s F1 car!
Where do all these beautiful hillclimbs constantly take place, my god! Its like every other sunday! So many Video and content from this channel with legendary cars. Im sitting here in the US with almost zero motorsports (car wise) to locally go to or even travel for the matter. I think Washington has a hillclimb once a year, a rally, then we go pikes peak. Im sure there a few more but the US sucks for Automotive Racing. The U.S. just sucks for actual Racing Culture, mainly beefed up street cars but thats a different thing. hate Oval track racing (Nascar or Sprint cars). Europe is the Mecca of Automotive Racing and im glad they're killing it and running events all the time.
Bmw e92 where does the weeee sound come from and how is it created? it is only heard on racing cars. does it come from the normal transmission or because the insulation is missing
