We also saw shakeups to the Pokemon TCG and Pokemon Go as well as the end of the Nintendo 3ds and Wii U store putting Pokemon Bank on a time limit. Connor, I think that best describes why I haven't been able to get back into my writing. Last year, it really started to feel like work, so it killed what I loved about writing. So I've been slowing getting back into it, but not the way I was doing it before. So now I don't really know when I'll have that passionate spark again, because I want to write, but I don't want it feeling like work anymore. Especially since I'm terrible at promoting my published books, and don't like the pressure I put myself trying to stick to a schedule. When I get home from work, I have very little time to do anything productive and my weekends I like spend relaxing more than "working" on my writing. So I feel that Connor. I truly do.

I went off to Kitikami before the 3rd gym. So I wasn't too over leveled for where Carmine and Kierran are at the start and they catch up to me by the end.

Once you can ride Miraidon or Koraidon you can go to KitaKami the pokemon are lvl 10 at the bus stop

I checked whilst watching the podcast and the TCG classic set for £400 is available on the Pokémon centre in the UK still.

So it is! It was definitely sold out at the time. Half tempted to get it, but it's very pricey!

I think GameFreak should release a game in 2024 so that 2025 can be the free year for more focus on Gen 10 in 2026.

The more mainline Pokemon games the better the faster the release the better. They aren't going to release a half baked product unless you count Pokemon legends Arceus that game was literally half baked 7 battles, no competitive... They just put in something to make a quick buck on a neat idea "using the trainer in battles" that's it.. Mainline games are the "commercial" for the franchise that drives the demand that keeps them rich.. so next year we should get a game..

While I do love Pokemon, I do feel burnt out from time to time due to the release schedule, and with limited free time, I would happily take a longer break between gens. As for Legends Arceus, I don't think it was half-baked at all and was a fantastic experience, and would love more Legends games. The gameplay loop, story, new catching mechanics, a minor shake up of battles with agile/strong style attacks, 2/3 on 1 wild battles, and varied areas were great, but I can completely understand people's frustrations with the lack of battling. All that being said... I think your last point is definitely correct. We are certainly getting a new Pokemon experience in 2024.

@@ProfessorHoennGaming I get you life is made up of many things Pokemon isn't everything but for those of us who have the time don't always play any version for hundreds of hours. So for me each year I play through the game and always have time for more life activities. For example for all of SV content I played 52 hours.. I'm ready for another Pokemon game it's been two years and I spent countless hours waiting for more
