That doesn’t make any sense. In any other show, characters are consistent and would never change their entire personality by episode. They could and any other character could be as versatile as Roger.
@Punished Nick Name obviously but it's easier to do with multiple characters than one single one. Roger is multiple characters in a single one. This show has the ability to go on forever
@@muralin239 "Tail" refers to getting women. Roger is saying he's always got a lot of women. Now, "I've pulled more tail than a slow kid at a petting zoo". This refers to a kid who's not completely with it, he doesn't have both his paddles in the water. What a "slow" kid would typically do is to literally pull the animal's tail, being that the "slow kid" is basically retarded. You can figure it out from here.

I love American Dad because every character can carry of an episode. I never say, oh no it's a Haley episode, or there's way too much Klaus. amazingly developed characters.

Funny you should say that because both American Dad and South Park are two cartoon comedies I still actually enjoy and follow the latest seasons of. Ditto Futurama. Probably helps that I phased out Simpsons years ago, have always hated Family Guy and could not get into Rick and Morty.

Roger the alien is one of my three favourite characters in adult cartoons. The other two being Eric Cartman and Bender the robot. They're all such sociopaths.

My favourite scene in all of American dad is when Roger picks up a crying Steve and shakes him really hard then goes on to say "I learned that in the maternity ward to quiet newborns, heh heh quite a few people are still lookin' for this little lady."
