I never hit many heavy PRs - in my competitive days - I was afraid of injury ( and they still occurred ) People do not realize his phenomenal strength- always .. nor how out of this world his physique was !! Wow King!! 👍💪💪💪💪👍👍👍👍👍👍‼️‼️‼️
Everybody wanna be a bodybuilder nobody wants to be in a wheelchair ;( Truly it is a shame what Ronnie is feeling rn if he didn't lift that heavy maybe he was ok now but correct me if I'm wrong Thx for the responses now I can 1 rep max again without thinking i'll be in a wheelchair 20 years down the road.
K K He only juices to compete in the IFBB you can see him before it I mean you can't juice and Instantly be leg pressing 2300lbs and squatting sets of 800lbs that shits his genetics and natural strength
@makaronilaatikko you talking about the one in Mexico (I think) where she was squatting on a smith machine and used a bench to essentially turn the bar into a guillotine
Anyone else think when he does that 800lbs deadlift for two reps it represents so much power and work you can just hear it and it gets you so pumped up
@@eye8955 This is definitely underestimated. There is no way to fully contract a "58 chest on like anything haha fly/crossover/press doesn't matter if there is a literal wall of meat stopping further movement.
I love how Ronnie never needed or wanted any fancy equipment or fancy clothes or having to be surrounded by an entouroge, just love for what he was doing and hard work is what got it done...What a legend.
Watching Ronnie do these amazing feats of strength just makes my guts clench. What he did was so dangerous; it’s incredible. Thats soooo much friggin weight! Dude’s super human. Damm
"My lowest moment, I gotta go with when I place third in the 1997 Ironman. There was a guy by the name of Lee Priest, and Lee is a really nice guy, but he’s not the biggest guy and he’s not the tallest guy, and when somebody that’s not as big as you and not as tall as you, beats you in a show, for me that was the lowest moment ever,” Coleman said.
Ronnie's spine and back are in really bad condition now. When asked about it in interview He said I enjoyed every moment of it only regret I have is not doing more reps on that 800lbs squat so to offset that he went on to legpress 2000lbs for multiple reps on the same day. Bro was definition of "Built Different"
"Everybody wishes to achieve a physique comparable to those in the bodybuilding field. But much fewer are willing to participate in the necessary physical training with the aid of metal plates of various sizes and weights."
I don't know How any of his spotters ever kept a straight face. As much as I'm dyin watching videos, I would've been perpetually rollin on the ground from the ab workouts his lifting noises/phrases he dropped would've caused. Dude was such a legend 😂🤣
