When she pulls her pants partway, giving him the half moon, Shane legitimately shows actual fear and worry. His eyes bulge and he just dead stares forwards and glances at her face repeatedly. He literally had no choice but to lose that or be forced to look at her cheek for a solid minute, and Shane definitely did not look ready to do that.
I both love and hate Shayne’s ability to reuse enough of a bit that you know what the set up is but still change it enough for the comedic value to fully come through
Besides Ian and Anthony themselves, Mari is like Smosh royalty. She was one of (if not) the first permanent guest on the show and she's still hilarious. I remember seeing her on doing food tests with Ian. *happy sigh

i feel like some of the guests take the "try not to laugh" aspect too literally and really try not to laugh. like bro, it's not that serious, you can laugh
@@dustydovexd5945 it's a competition with no prize, so it's just a game not a competition. and the point of the show actually IS to laugh. it's not like the person in the chair will get shot if they laugh. it's ok to laugh. how fun would all those try not to laugh videos on the internet be if the person doing it actually didn't laugh. when the person laughs it makes you laugh too. the trying not to laugh part makes the laugh even bigger when it actually does come out. the rules are there to actually make the laughing more enjoyable - not to actually never laugh.
