@@CVRenee Your question is a bit difficult to answer because their "relationship" isnt a definite one, however a "relationship" isnt the only way to handle someone. Chemistry is another lends to look through. From what love and hip hop allows us to see about joe, he's a very complex and flawed person, whereas Tahiry seems...one dimensional (on the show at least); she is very stable. To say her and joe dont have something that not only draws them together but makes them tangible is a bit blind sighted.

I feel bad for Kaylin, I do. Because she's trying to save Joe because she couldn't save her father. And he's taking advantage of that, as she does everything she thinks she could've done to save her father. But if there's one thing I tell everyone I work with it's that you can't save anyone- even in therapy I don't save people. I help them help themselves, and that's all you really can do. She couldn't save her father from his addiction and she can't save Joe- and if you're in her position, realizing and accepting that is a freeing, peaceful experience. Their addiction is not your cross to bear.
Tahiry saying “all you are is someone on the side that does what ever he says”. That was facts years later joe has said he was so high in that relationship that he can barely remember it.
I adore the way Joe handled that pool party. She continued to instigate and he was paying attention to that. Tahiry didn’t start that. Point. Blank. Period.
You do realize that Joey's ability to mentally manipulate BOTH these women in his own way, talking about them to one another basically ignited what went down between the 2 at that pool party, & then used that opportunity to throw Raqi under the bus to slither back into Tahiri's life making it seem as tho "he had her back" against Raqi. He had just met Tahiri for lunch to lowkey ask her back but disguised it with "wanting to be friends," but then went right back to Raqi giggling like a middle school student about the outcome of his & Tahiri's meeting. Meanwhile, all this fighting between both girls are going on at the pool party as tho Joe's main girlfriend "kaylen" wasn't even sitting there by the pool.... Joey had this all mapped out inviting both girls there. But the most disrespectful part about the whole thing is how he did this with his girlfriend right there. There's nothing to adore Joey for, as he's the reason it all happened in the 1st place. His narcissism is exactly why Tahiri acts out when it comes to him because he plays mind games. You see how quickly he threw Tahiri under the bus when he decided he wanted to keep kaylen around for a while & "commit." Again, there's no reason to have adoration for a man who manipulates women in this way

She saw Raqi for exactly who she was & saw thru what Raqi was trying to do which was have Joe for herself but was supposed to have been Tahirys friend FIRST. It was blatantly obvious that Raqi was IN LOVE with Joe & went as far as to be insulted when Joe chose the love of his life, Tahiry- EVERYtime. Raqi was the insecure one in that situation.
