The thing about all this is fear.. of course theres reward when you get pass the fear part and last year was my first backflip, but after you achieve something new its a whole new level, getting to this level takes some crazy guts and a great passion for snowboarding!
even if you dont like snowboarding, you have got to respect the pure skill and brass balls on display here. anybody that talks shit has probably never even stepped on a snowboard, or they would have a lil more understanding of how hard some of this stuff is. BRING ON THE POW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
dude, i remember when i started, 12 years ago, butters were 'tricks'. hahaha. it has been such an amazing experience living and watching this sports progression.
@xMasterKush I'm 15 and have been snowboarding for 10 years now and only recently I've purchased my first propper board last weekend (rather than using my Dads old ones for the past year or so) and I went to the Relentless Freeze Festival in London last weekend and I bought my snowboard there. The guy in the shop asked me what I liked to do and I told him Jibbing, doing the park stuff, powder and just shredding it up on the mountain and he recomended I buy the 2011 Youngblood Chilly Dog snowboa
i working on these tricks:D, been snowboarding like 6 years, my style is goofy but i can ride regular 2. I been snowboarded in Finland and Austria. Both countries are very good. I try this year 900, maybe more. Thx!
@q1993p What you don't see in these vids is the day after day sessions, the other 100 failed attempts, the frustration, the bad days, the training, the hard work, etc etc. Anything is achievable if you want it bad enough. You just have to be prepared to work for it.
