As a native Sonoran, I am proud that our tacos were picked! I like all tacos, and have tried all kinds but the way the meat is done in Sonora ,and all the fresh condiments plus flour tortillas are great together. MSG does make food delicious! And if you aren't allergic, it is perfectly safe in moderate amounts. In order to get neuro toxic effects, you would have to eat it by the handful every day! It is like the sugar substitutes that cause cancer in mice...you would have to drink 275 cokes a day for a year to ingest as much as they feed the mice!

I agree, at a certain point the chip-to-cookie ratio becomes too much and the rest of the cookie becomes overpowered. If I’m eating a cookie I want to taste the cookie! Otherwise I might as well just eat a chocolate bar lol
