These are great villains, especially the tophat leader. I mean he literally travels all the way to Russia just to tell Henry he’s dethroned and kill him. I mean every player found the betrayed ending as shocker.

My favorite Toppat Clan member would be hands down, the head of communications (Burt Curtis) THIS GUY, everytime he talks he just sounds like he just wants to die. Even when at horrible situations like their rocket being critically damaged, this guy is just emotionless and doesn't give a crap. My favorite line of him would be..."Don't need to get snippy about it."

My favorite thing the Toppat Clan did is after Henry stole their ruby, they just drew a ruby on a piece of paper and put that in storage instead. Absolute gold
