Although scamby has swag wesker, the best wesker is unknown. I don't recall him winning a tourney and if that's true, its a shame because he deserves it. The dude constantly places high and outplays higher tiers.
Outside of Giants, TVC is fair. Even with Zero, T-Blade and the old Karas cheese, if you know what you are doing you can make shit work. I was getting hyped watching Doronjo setups and loops.

MultiPlexity Thanks for the info, I'm using a Frank/She-hulk/Akuma team, I have big problem when DHCing She-hulk after a Frank combo that leads into a lvl 3 into his tools of survival hyper. I get the damage from everything, but then im totally lost on how to use her after DHC, hope I can learn something now.
Yo, I take pride in my Wesker. I've beaten Scamby Wesker v Wesker (albeit online) 90% of the games we ever played. I'll put my Wesker up against anyone. That being said: Unknown has the best Wesker.
