i think shes gonna get busted up obviously in her face but i actually have a werid feeling she's gonna do really well.. Paige was always a pretty good striker light years above some of these girls and we all know shes got the heart of a lion hate her or love her.. Sheena has an amazing tactic to just eat all the opponents punches. I feel just horrible for the fist from all the damage that sheena's face does to it. Those really slow air punches must devastate the mind of the opponent also. Sheena is an absolute monster.

It's not supposed to be a static defence as such, I don't personally like it as a general rule but it has its place. Have a look at Holyfield Vs Foreman for how it looks in a boxing match, it's very porous and u basically need a good chin and reflexes to make it really work.

Kind of new to this so I'm not clear on what the rules are. Is it legal to hold the back of the head while punching or did Rawlings just get away with it several times?
