In this video we have covered different options which you can include in your list when it comes to Entertainment options in any Event or Wedding.
DJ Sound - As we all know "DJ, Sound, Music" is a very necessary element in every event be it a small or a big event.
So for basic setup there will be speakers and music operating system , for advanced setup we can add some more elements like U truss, more lights and much more.
The basic setup starts from 4k to 5k and goes upto lakhs. So it depends upon your requirements and budget.
Anchor FMCEE - Anchor also plays a very important role in an event. They act as a coordinator , a filler and anchor is the one who takes the event in a proper format.
Talking about a wedding event, we need an anchor in sangeet at least, even a family member can perform the role of an anchor as they would be knowing the family better or else
you can also hire a professional Anchor. The fees of the varies from 5k or 7k to lakhs. It totally depends on the anchor's popularity.
Live Singing - In this 1stly you can hire a singer who will perform on minus one tracks (minus one means there will be music playing in the background and the singer will perform on
those particular songs only) , 2ndly you can hire singer with musicians which is generally a group of 8 or 9 musicians but you can customize according to your needs.
3rdly You can hire a rock band if your audience is between 18-25 age group. Lastly you can also go for DJ base band which is trending a lot these days.
Dance Troupes - It means a group of boys and girls who will perform different forms and styles of dance in our event. We can customize the trope according to the requirement of the
event. The rates of the dance trope companies vary looking at their artists and the props they provide and use during the performances.
International Artists - In this, the artists and foreigner who perform different types of acts such as belly dance, tanura act , symphony band, live prop, etc.
Choreographer - If you hire a choreographer then he/she will help you with your performance from the initial which is selecting the song to the entire choreography of the dance.
The list of elements is endless. It is your decision which one to choose according to the Nature of event as well as the Budget.
