I love the table and it gives me ideas for differing shapes too, I wondered if you leave the bottle tops on, to give it some weight you could fill the bottom bottles with sand to weigh it down a little and to give it a bit more stability, maybe?

I like the use of egg cartons and bottles.

another way for you to try if you wanted to is instead of using foil you can use something like cotton fabric in your favourite design and after glueing it to the cardboard you paint it in PVA glue and it give it a bit more strength when it hardens and a subtle shine too, please let me know what you think of this idea? I did this with an old 1950's hatbox that I restored with polka dot fabric on the sides and skull and roses fabric on the sides.
