This clay looks awesome. It looks like it holds it's shape well for sculpting. Also, I've been looking for a PVA glue alternative in diy clays. This glue isn't common where I live, but I've found where I can get some Arabic powder to make some. Gonna give this clay a try when I get it. Thanks for sharing and all you do!!
Thank you for your useful & great recipe🙏 could you please advise whether we can you use ordinary transparent gum arabic instead of the dark Arabic glue you used.. thank you ..
Hi dear thank you ❤️check for camelin gum at any stationery shop or amazon...its 140 rs for 700ml which will give you 7-8 kgs of clay...so thats very cheap if you count like that
Hello Creative Cat! Love your videos and been a RU-vid fan for years. Can you use gum Arabic powder for this clay recipe? I can’t find the liquid here on Amazon in the USA. Thanks for answer in advance ma’am!
You can surely use gum arabic powder, I have used it many times and got good results. Soak it in double amout of water and let it desolve. Then you can use it as usual.
Good luck😊 24 hrs or more depend on thickness...let it dry naturally...though i didn't experienced any cracks, the more time it takes to dry...you will find less cracking.
Thank you so much, how do you got fevicol in Norwey?😃 If you are from India you must be knowing the gond. We use for hond ke laddoo or (we call it Dink in marathi) Upu can use that gond...soak in water overnight and use the melted gond next day.
@@CreativeCatCreations Actually we had visited last month to India so, I brought it with me in Norway 😊 All the glue are very expensive in Norway 😉 Thanks you very much for your reply I will try to search gondh here. You are doing good work, you will definitely get more subscribers ♥️, keep it up 😘.
Hello just came across this video. Thank you for sharing the recipe to make this clay. Please can you tell me if it can be stored and if so, the method of storing. Thank you.
I made Ganesh ji long ago using this recipe n chalk powder. I mean I mashed paper add glue(not this glue but) kamlin kokuyo paste gum n mixed with chalk powder instead of whiting powder bcoz I didn't know this powder then But later I went to purchase chalk powder but the shopkeeper given me this powder i guess saying it chalk powder. But you know it's even more smooth n very comfortable to use in my relief art. Now I understood that he gave me this whiting powder
