This Easy Passion fruit Mousse recipe is deliciously Rich and creamy, yet light and fluffy, one portion is satisfying but always leaves me wanting more. Great video! Is it possible to use passion fruit pulp/juice? I, unfortunately, can't find the fruit at my grocery store.

Yes you can use plup, but not juice , juice is too diluted. Wouldn’t give much flavor and Taste when added to the cream. Because for 5 passion fruit I only added 1 1/2 cup water, blended it and strained it.

Fadeth depends on the amount of pulp, one passion fruit contains around 2 tbsp of pulp. So if you are using 10 tbsp of pulp you can add 1 1/2 cups of water. You are most welcome!

Hello. I have tried this recipe twice and i am having difficulty with the gelatine. As soon as I mix the hot water in the gelatine, it starts hardening and as soon as i place the mixture in the juice, it becomes a big gelatine blubber. I tried heating it in the microwave but it still hardens quickly. Are there any other tricks?
