Best PB vs First PB - River City Ransom 

I'm definitely not the first person to do a speedrun comparison, but I like the idea. I decided to compare my River City Ransom runs so I could see all the improvements I made over the months. These two runs will highlight the difference between using my own childhood chain strats, and being taught actual speedrun strats. Also I changed emulators and recording software between these two runs, which are almost a year apart.
On the right side of the screen, is my very first PB ever submitted to SRC. Back when I started out, I was recording a cropped full-screen with Bandicam and would slide Livesplit underneath the emulator.

On the left side of the screen, is my current PB on SRC. At this point, I had started streaming and using OBS to record all my runs. Also I met willbobsled, who taught me everything I could handle. I believe the only strat I never properly learned was the "Kobayashi Shakedown".
