My dad started in downtown Atlanta bankhead area n it was hell then the Olympics came n downtown bankhead area went from him buying all of his homes for under $15k to today he owns 30 1 to 4 units all worth over 350k paid off.
Sure. Thanks for the suggestion. Keep in mind, some zip codes go across several neighborhoods. The neighborhoods mentioned in this video include Point Breeze, East Falls (19129), Manayunk (19127 and 19128), Brewerytown (19121, 19130), University City (19143, 19104, 19139) and Cobbs Creek (19143,19139).
Where or how can a tenant who has low incomes find a rental property that wouldn’t have to send money to the landlord because they don’t live in Philadelphia but is renting their property?
I have seen you ask a similar question on other channels. Go to the Website that says RURAL DEVELOPMENT. It is a government website / program. IF you want PEACE and want a safe place for your family, COME AWAY FROM THE KILLERS THAT LIVE IN THE URBAN GHETTOS. Yes, this lady will tell you about certain areas of Philadelphia. However, the entire place is over run with crime and dirt. I moved to Berks County Pennsylvania. WOW, we can breath. DO NOT GIVE UP. KEEP SEARCHING. YOU DESERVE PEACE AS WELL. !!
There is no way to do this without looking up each property's owner. Even local property management groups are often working for investors outside the city.
