I arrived in LA and had some amazing pho! Later on, I attended the Taste Awards ceremony and was able to win two awards, and it was all because of you guys. THANK YOU!

When the announcer announced "strictly dumpling" I was like "Yay, that's us" and I have never even met Mike. But that's how much of a connection I feel with him and his channel.

Congratulations Mikey and to your team, you guys have worked really hard over all these years. I am proud of you Mikey, I remember when you moved to San Francisco then moved back to New York and there were alot of changes going on in your life at the time but you persevered through all the challenges. Like the rest of your viewers we were glad when you bought your house and the office for your team; there are so many things that you did that made me proud. The lavender oil was for you to spread over your pillow to help you have a good sleep. Whilst your sleeping you're breathing in the Lavender which helps to relax you and it smells great too!! 😊

yes!!! japan!!! i cant wait to watch! im headed back next spring for my 7th visit!! i love tonkotsu and katsu curry! we hit up chinatown last time, for street vendor food and we didnt know they are all closed on monday?!?! nnooo lol definitely giving it another try!!!

yyeeaaahhh i stay away from japan during the summer hahah. my friends tell me how hot it gets. i usually go during the fall and winter. (new years. was. amazballs!) i've caught the tail end of cherry blossom season, but next spring, im cashing my miles in for a business class ticket, hitting it in the heart of cherry blossom season! i cant wait!

I LOVE PHO 79!! THeir most popular item along with the pho is OXTAIL. but it normally sells out before 1pm ): there is always a line even on a slow week day.

Hi Mickey: since you love the Guacamole so much I am going to give you my never fail recipe: 3 peeled & seeded Avacados 1 tbsp minced garlic 1 cup chopped sweet onion 1/4 cup diced green onion 1 cup seed & chopped tomato 1 quarter of a lime squeezed over 1/4 cup tomato salsa - chose your spiciness, I use spicy as all the ingredients calm it down Salt & ground pepper to taste I use a fork to mash the avocados to chunky consistency, add all the rest except salt and pepper, stir and taste, then add the salt & pepper. Awesome stuff Mike. For the pho, broth is everything to me. I love gathering the noodles and meat and putting the sriracha on the stuff I grab, leaving the soup as natural as possible, best of both worlds!
