I was cheering Jeremy on in the Pixar argument.... This was everything I expected it to be. Andy was annoying, the judge was amazing, Dan was underused, and Jeremy Friggin Killed. Cinema Sins should've taken it honestly...

The Screenjunkies guy in the green shirt totally bulldozed the pixar argument. It was really really annoying. Like, not really an ARGUMENT when you're interrupting your opponent mid-way through his own points to re-hash your points on three movies does not a good debate make, dude.

Seriously, I already wrote this but Chris is the best judge hands down. The way he closes every round by saying what he liked about both keeps the suspense up and makes it really interesting until the very end. Andy, take some notes buddy.

Kristian is a great judge. He is so into the arguments, so involved in the fight without inserting his own opinion into it. Well done.

That Pixar argument was so frustrating! Why didn't Cinema Sins talk about the themes within The Incredibles! It deals with dullness of suburban life (something almost all westerners can relate too!), it deals with the idea of a small minority of individuals having their rights restricted for being different (comparisons can be drawn with gay people and even African-Americans) and it puts a spin on growing up and feeling different, on parenthood, on reaching your full potential! So much ammunition that could have used in their arguments AND THEY WASTED ALL OF IT!!!

Damn, rewatching this really makes me dislike Andy more as a judge. Christian is amazing at this. He recaps each argument, what was compelling and what didn't work or what wasn't mentioned, and very articulately shows his thought process and reasoning for why this led to his decision. I didn't necessarily agree with the decisions every time, but his reasoning was clear and rational and well stated enough that I don't fault any of the decisions- they just come down to personal differences in interpreting the arguments. Then Andy judges, and he just blusters for 30 seconds, occasionally repeating a phrase or two said by someone, says "this is tough", and goes, "*blank* gets the point!" Andy just isn't good at EXPLAINING his reasoning, which I think is why you see so much backlash from people who disagree with his decisions. If he was as clear and articulate as Christian in talking through his decisions, I don't think people would be as upset- Almost no one in these comments are mad at Christian for his decisions even if they disagree with them. And I think that's because he explains well enough to leave no doubt that personal bias didn't play into it, where Andy doesn't explain his reasoning, making some of his decisions seem arbitrary. I know Andy is the established judge, but damn, I just wish he would either get better at it or recognize that he's not great and find a replacement. I like the show, but I'm slowly getting sick of Andy specifically.

To me Cinema Sins wiped the floor with Screen Junkies this episode, and Screen Junkies came off as pouty and spoiled. I'm normally a big fan of Andy, but he was very disrespectful and constantly changed the terms of the argument to justify his muddled points.

Most emotional Pixar scene: sully has to say goodbye to boo. I wasn't prepared emotionally for that shit.

The "big emotional scene" in Toy Story 3 wasn't when the toys were holding hands in the incinerator. I mean sure it was an emotional point, but the movie had a lot of those. The scene that nearly brought everyone to tears had to be Andy's goodbye to Woody -- that moment when Bonnie reaches for Woody, and Andy hesitates and pulls back a little, but realizes that he has to let go... That's nostalgia done right. A worthy end to a momentous Pixar era.

24:00 Andy spends 45 seconds getting a head start on rebuttal before stating what chase scene he was arguing for. Kristian should have shut that down - you don't get to trash the other guy's choice until you have one of your own on the table. Weak sauce, dude....

I actually agree that Toy Story 2 is better than 1 & 3... but in terms of THE BEST Pixar movie, it's got to be either The Incredibles or Finding Nemo for me. :)

CinemaSins has SO much more of a mature understanding of movies across genres than Screen Junkies does. Seems like Screen Junkies can't ever go beyond the basic Hollywood, blockbuster action films...

Also I would say Incredibles is way more emotional than Toy Story 2 because Mr. Incredible discovers all his friends have systematically been murdered and he was willing to kill someone after he thought his family died on the plane. Emotional in such a raw real way other than disregarding your childhood memories.

Andy did not let Dan talk enough, Dan is the undisputed champion of Movie Fights and he's a master of this!

Does Andy ever let anyone else talk?.. He hogs both his sides time and the other sides time and ironically, it's almost always nonsensical word salad.

This was really fun. I would not have liked to be the judge in that one, but Kristian Harloff did a great job of being impartial and listening to the arguments. I don't watch the SchmoesKnow channel, if you were to tell me that he has some experience hosting podcast, I would totally believe you.

I think finding out all of your old superhero friends had been murdered by a man who you made evil was much more traumatic for Mr. Incredible than Jessie being left in the box. There are a lot of hard hitting themes in the Incredibles too.

I think Cinemasins won every single argument regardless of their choices. Jeremy and Chris are some of the smartest movie fans I've ever heard.

I can't help but hate Andy when he is actually fighting, 'cause he talks like 90% of the time, and actually does what he (as a host) never wants the fighters to do, like interrupt others, make a waaay to long arguments and don't right away say what their chioce is... Is there a petition I can sign to NEVER let Andy be a fighter again?

Incredibles wins hands down. Wall-E and Up are contenders, I also like Toy Story 2 the most, but I could watch Incredibles probably like 4x a year and enjoy it everytime. None of the Toy Storys have legs like that.

I really like Movie Fights, but, whenever Andy is in the fight I can't watch. His method of shouting, talking as fast as possible, interrupting everyone, and, belaboring his points is very tiresome. He sounds like a stubborn child. Andy we are grateful that you started the channel, but, that is not an excuse to act this way. Agreed with the Incredibles over Toy Story 2; it is a better film overall. For me, the problem with Andy's argument about Toy Story 2's emotional impact is that UP trumps it in that department HANDS DOWN.

The CinemaSins guys looked like they really didn't want to be there, like they looked down on the whole thing, especially Jeremy who looked annoyed from the start. Also, the judge injects too much of his own thoughts into his judgements. Finally a correction: "The Incredibles" ripped off "Fantastic Four", yes, but the whole "Toy Story" series is a giant rip-off of "Brave Little Toaster".

I agree with the Deus Ex Machina, Age of Ultron did that a bunch and especially at the end when Fury came in with the Hellicarrier and transport ships.

WALL-E is hands down the best Pixar movie ever made....and one of the best MOVIES ever made. They made 2 non-human characters tell a story and convey powerful emotions without even speaking.

Hey, Brad Bird actually wrote the original outline of the screenplay for the Incredibles without any of the super powers included and added the powers in to reflect the personalities of the characters, so a mom trying to stretch everywhere to make things work, a hyperactive boy running all over the place, a shy teenager afraid to show herself to her crush but can lash out forcefully at times, and a father lifting his family up as much as he can! Any similarity to the Fantastic Four was therefore coincidental, and Brad Bird did NOT draw from the Fantastic Four and replace them with new characters. So you can't argue that it's a generic Super Hero movie
