Wondering which is the best place to live in Malta and why ? One of them would definitely be Kappara as it is exactly in Central Malta close to all the touristic atractions, restaurants, bars, shops, malls. I centra area is idea for a great life in Malta. If you are planning to move to Malta and you need a quite place, near everything central area of Malta would be ideal. However i asked expats what they think is the best city to live in Malta and the answers were different. Some people said it is Mellieha, some said Sliema, St Julians, Sant Venera. In reality Malta is so small that wherever you choose to live you can reach everything in maximum 30min drive.

What a discovery! I was as amazed as you were...although it didn't take long for the $$$ €€€ light bulb to go on in my head😲🥴. Hi Alex thanks for sharing,Kappara is mainly a villa area until now so not much buildings like other towns can happen as they protected.The police is there as there is the Russian Embassy opposite.You still have not visited my town yet with the nicest views of all :) Hal Gharghur. Kappara is harder to live since not many will be up for sale.Unfortunately there is no best town to live in Malta,it depends on your expectations and lifestyle and budget ofcourse.

When living in malta it's sometimes easy to forget that every country has its issues...we are in the UK at the moment & (for intance) pot holes are a problem here too! Sooo many issues here...i can't wait to get back!!

I just watched this about the town of Kappara. It is adjacent to San Gwann in fact it makes a part of SG where elections and stuff are present. But Kappara is only a residential area, with lovely villas and houses, and some other blocks of apartments too. What is for sure no traffic and no noise pollution, as only the residents pass through.

We have just moved from Birzebbuga to zabbar. Beautiful place to live and easy to get to places but, my heart belongs to birzie, so hopefully we will move back after our rental agreement ends. Its a shame i cant pick our house up and bring it to birzie. That would be perfect!!!

I will do a dedicated video on it :) truth been told its more because of the low salaries compared to the cost of living, plus in Malta everything is so slow, fixing things at home, roads and generally bad, people are generally lazy and take so long with paper work, orders, construction etc, plus apartments in Malta are more done in a cheap way so people from more advanced countries are seeing everything ridiculous here :)

I think the best places to live is definitely around balzan, lija, iklin, birkirkara and mosta. Everything is so accessible and not to mention the primary school of balzan lija and iklin is very good. And there's san anton garden and kitchen garden which is perfect for families. And sliema and Valletta are so close to these areas too.

Hi bro I been living in europe from last 8 years I'm from India and the biggest issue in malta is transport no frequent buses rude bus drivers the local tallinja application doesn't work sometimes , once they charged me extra for something and when I tried calling them they don't reply like they don't care,it would be a great if you take initiative to talk about the problem of transport malta thanks
