I lived very close to Berkeley lake in Duluth, born and raised, loved my neighborhood it was connected to Berkeley lake one of the largest neighborhoods in the area, may still be. I'm hoping to get a chance to ride back through one day. Miss my hometown and neighborhood ❤❤

I was really surprised that the areas of Savanah were not mentioned. There are several towns and cities near this Coastal Town of Savanah that are affordable and friendly.
I have been loving your videos! My boyfriend and I are thinking about the north/north west town around lake Lanier. We are currently in Pinellas County FL and man... prices are high and not offering what we want for land space. We look forward to seeing what we find!
It is bias because they are all predominantly white areas and harder for a POC to get approved no matter the income and credit. I love that she reiterated that it is bias based on the area she serves. This is still all amazing info. Please look into it!
Check out Augusta Georgia, central to all the cities, 2 1/2 hours east is Hilton head, Charleston etc in the west Atlanta to the north you have the mountains. Cost of living is far better than Atlanta area, less traffic, home to the masters and triple A baseball and so much more, we have everything
I'll just stay over here in Meriwether County. I live in Pine Mountain but previously lived in Warm Springs. 7 cities, 9 traffic lights. Home to FDR's Little White House and other historical sites. you could not drag me back to Atlanta with it's crime and traffic.
If you want to move to the Atlanta area you need to come out and experience it first. I live in Tucker. Nice little suburban area, but you go over a few streets to norcross and and it seems like a war zone at night. Also the express ways in or near atlanta are not called express ways here. They're called parking lot. Two words. Spaghetti junction. When a freeway gets a nickname like that you gotta wonder why. Best towns I've visited are dahlonega and up in that area. Outside the city and suburbs. Outside the perimeter. The bad part about the Atlanta area and suburbs is you can be in a great neighborhood and one street over is the ghetto. I know what a ghetto is. I grew up in one. That goes for all the cities listed in this video. Savannah is no exception. Beautiful historic distric, but somebody forgot about the rest of the city. I hate to sound negative, but atlanta and its suburbs are just another huge metropolis. It doesn't really even feel like the south to be honest. If you were dropped in you would think you were in LA or Baltimore.
Alpharetta is a nice place to live but I can see why it didn't make the top 10, related to best places to buy a home. A neighbor up the street from us has parents who moved from Alpharetta to Pennsylvania several years ago. They attempted to move back to Alpharetta to be near their family. In addition to the prices being too high, cash offers by investors prevented them from a typical down payment and mortgage purchase.
This market is tough right now and it can be done. My team and I successfully helped three family members buy homes in the same neighborhood this year--and we found one of those off market by calling and knocking on doors. It can be done! Thanks for watching!
is there anything good or less than good about moving to Lafayette? I just heard of it from people who raise goats there..........wondering.........I don't see anything here on NW GA?
