I have about 33 acres that is high, dry land, is fairly flat land, and has an open, unobstructed view. Currently I have a pine tree farm on it, but, am seriously considering leasing the land for a solar farm. Some things that I need to know are tax implications, approximate per acre income, and decommissioning contract language.

no matter how many of the videos i watch NO ONE mentions the density of forestation favored by companies. i have some land but some of it is wooded. would that disqualify the land from being eligible?
I wish I could get an investor...I could help him make million of dollars in Nigeria....we have desert areas in northern part of Nigeria....and Nigeria don't have electricity power....we are totally living in the dark....I wish I could get an investor that can help me solve the power problem in my country
How can you help makes investors millions of dollars in Nigeria? Are Nigerian willings to pay for the electric prices at US rates? Quick googling showed me middle class earning $2-20/per day = $60 - $600/month. Upper middle may be able to pay for electricity. If its profitable, I’m sure all the nba and nfl players would be more than glad to invest. 1MW plant cost roughly 1mil, and that is nothing compared to their earnings.
@@tavuong666 solar is free energy. The only cost is the construction of the panels themselves. I say all that to say, there can be a modified price for them because the price can be set at whatever price since it is a renewable and automated resource. If a company was willing to lose money on the initial investment of building the panels, they would see a 20-30year return on their investment.
Have you considered crowd sourcing the financing of the project? It is a very workable solution to your issue. It has worked in many instances around the world and enables willing individuals to invest in the betterment of our planet and to help neighbors who may live thousands of miles away. Just a suggestion.
