@386realestate Ironically, the family had a condo at Beacon Point in Ponce Inlet in the mid 80's. I think they otherwise lived in Winter Park (70's). She's lived in Longwood since the 80's.
@@MuniTechnology Yes, we definitely see many Winter Park, Lake Mary, Longwood, Winter Springs, Windermere, residents enjoying the beaches in Ponce Inlet, New Smyrna Beach, and Daytona Beach Shores. It's super convenient as many leave work on Friday and drive less than 1 hour to enjoy the Atlantic Ocean.
