@@mosesthe16th look at his handles and his ft percentage he's not even in the same stratosphere as wemby. I doubt he even goes top 5 in the draft. You literally didn't know he existed until now
7 footers are so rare that I doubt this. In fact, any athletic 7 footer in the world that has no health problems has a ridiculously good shot at professional basketball (not particularly nba)
@@xPOWERx-ne1jryea I think it’s something like 20% of 7 footers are in professional ball or something like that. But with how high the skill level is now we will definitely start to see more of these players. Length is one thing a team cannot teach and is EXTREMELY valuable in the NBA. Teams focus on potential over current skill so while a lot of them may not have the skill to be in the nba teams will definitely start signing more of them to see if they have the potential
@@tuckermusic4719 I agree. It's not about the fact that player builds like this are rare, it's the fact that NBA teams will focus on them more. Remember when we said only Curry could shoot those insane threes? Well, by now, we have guys who are brave enough to shoot farther and more contested than him. Not exactly there yet, but it's closer than ever before. So, give it about 20 years, and the league will be ran with these 7' demigods.
Belive it or not my dad is a diplomat and my family was in Senegal at the time and he went to help set up this academy. When he was there he orders drinks for steph curry cuz he didn’t know French and he met kd as well
AFRICA IS GROWING At a massive Rate with the world youngest population increasing sky’s is the limit to see the production of our Athletes GOD THANK YOU 🙏🏾
I mean one dude is 7”2 with average wingspan Another dude is 7”5 with an 8 foot wingspan… Physically speaking wemby is a lot more rare And one of them was pro at 16 The other wasn’t…
@@universalplayz7496 How are you so confident, yet so wrong? 7'5" isn’t an "average wingspan". Maluach has also been pro since 15 old b/c he played for Cobra and the South. Sudanese National Team at that age. What are you even talking about? 🤔
@@lordjael um 7”5 wingspan is a lot closer to average for a 7”2 person than a 8 foot wingspan on someone 7”5 And have you even looked at his actual production He literally averaged 2/3/0.5/0.2/1 during the 2021-2022 season for cobra sports Averaged 2 points in 23-24 international stats Averaged 5 points the year before Let’s not try to act his in the same Galaxy as wemby while averaging 2 points Like cmon now
Is jon shycher really going to rely on these one and done!! 😅, coach K gets a pass bc mofo was 70 and tryed to get as much wins as he could before retiring, but jon needs players who are going to stay and develop if he really wants to take duke somewhere, experience always wins
Bro really said "the only player in the world" like he ever went outside America to see other players. There are alot of players in Europe that can rival cooper, however nba scouts just don't want to fly all the way to other continents.
Not sure if all these recruits will pan out or make it to the nba as TOP picks and get a legit contracts and not bounce around the G league and overseas and the NBA… the #1 prospects hype is dying a little
@@blacckkk how many final fours and chips? they got less to show for it than every other big school. like this season for instance it doesnt matter cuz you cant beat unc so its meaningless
@@blacckkk theres no way you said since 2010 who has more titles. weve made 3 since you made your last one and pick any year besides like three and we have more. I get youre mad that unc owns you in every single category and you cant beat them this year but at least try to make sense
I wonder how it works out when you try to transfer grades from a k to 12 grass hut. You think he took trigonometry? Or even algebra 1? But suddenly he's academically eligible for duke. If you're good enough at anything someone will always find a way to make it possible for you to be there.
There’s a ton of 7”2 dudes that made the nba Barely any of them were elite shot blockers (Only ones I can name were young Kareem, mark, wemby and Chet) After 7”1 it seems height becomes a bad quality for a majority
