Love Toxtricity as a poison attacker, Shell bell and Technician ability, usually setup with a Nuzzle, then Acid Spray until -6 special D on boss, then Sludge Bomb. Electric terrain for dealing with Sleep moves. Consistent in its use, no worries with your own stats being nullified.
My personal build for Annihilape is Shell Armor Torkoal with fighting tera, leftovers, Iron defense, body press and clear smog, max EV in HP and def. Iron defense to build up to +6 def stages and then go to town with body press. Torkoal takes barely any damage as long as Annihilape don't go above +4 atk, which is when I would use clear smog to reset its stats. Since it relies on body press, it cannot beat ghost tera but I have beaten Annihilape even if the tera type resist fighting like fairy and bug.
For electric your choice is nice for a special attacker, but iron hands works great for the physical side, also has more physical bulk then myridon, and for ghost I tend to prefer gholdengo, having nasty plot, metal sound, recover, and an ability that has a high chance of the AI spamming status moves that do nothing is really hard to beat.
I'm personally running the Oblivious Ability on my Slowbro, I think it's better because you're only clicking status moves for the 6 first turns, which means the last thing you want to happen to your Slowbro is to get Taunted
thank you for the guide! super useful :3 one thing I've learned recently is Appletun's hidden ability (thick fat) is great in practice as it halves the damage from fire and ice type attacks upon being hit with one!
I feel like there are stronger dark type pokemon than Meowscarada, like Krookodile. And for steel wouldn't Gholdengo be the better option? Enjoyed the video though
Whenever I come across a Dondozo/Amoongus Raid, I like to go online with this Support Tsareena Build. Tsareena Ability: Sweet Veil Tera Type: Grass EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk Adamant Nature - Trop Kick - Synthesis - Taunt - Helping Hand While this is a SOLO video, I thought this could be useful since I find this to be the most consistent and best way to beat Pokemon with Spore/Yawn by spamming Trop Kick lowering the attack, while the Raid Boss struggles because it can't use those sleep moves, and allowing for your online teammates to hit it over and over again with no issues. Let me know what you guys think of this.
Should Azumarill ever be using Ability Shield to protect its Huge Power? If they ever wipe your beneficial effects off, that also cuts your attack in half, yeah?
It's a shame the online raids are a fucking rubbish dump Bots using shinys with website names All the Japanese names using the abive People having the meta hut not using it properly Like wtf
The Wigglytuff build on Annihilape doesn't work as it can still critical hit for tons of damage after Skill Swap. Even with 252 defence over HP, you'd be dead before you can set the whole thing up.
@@robertbartlett4999 really appreciate the support Robert ❤️ I’m still in disbelief we hit this number tbh never thought the channel would get here, feel very grateful for all the amazing support from you and everyone else!!
Thanks Osirus! This video is very helpful! I appreciate all you do and for personally responding to my questions about builds to solo raids. I have been using your Arceus build, and it has been working for me, thankfully.
@Osirus I used one Modest mint to change my Slowking's nature for the build you recommended, but it still says it has a Brave nature. Do I have to use more than one mint?
Homie sleepin on Iron Hands Belly drum Drain punch Close combat Mulches anything not resistant to fighting Can throw on electric attacks or electric terrain as well or just run booster energy
Let me tell you as long as its not a ground tera or has stab ground moves bellibolt can prob solo it. The big salt boy can be really good for a rock type if u need physical bulk. Volcarona really good for either bug or fire special attacker as well. If they cant get an ursaluna a clodsire can be good its not fast but it is durable: curse to buff water absorb immune to electric and cant be poisoned until terra, and can learn recover u can eve give it leftovers for a little more healing
I tried the psychic bronzong build on a electric tera Corviknight raid but it didn't work, after setting up my attack did little damage and then my stats got nullified. I attempted that raid 12 times and I didn't end up winning at all.
Surprisingly, I found that Dragonair is a good support in Dondozo and Amoongus Raids. It gets safeguard for sleep Immunity, with some other decent moves sprinkled in. I did a Bold nature and invested in HP and a little bit in of both defense and SpD. I also have it hold an evolite. Only really problem is people might think your trolling with it and doesn't get high tier moves like screech/Fake tears, ect.
@@Swawdost Maybe? I didn't do any calculations. I just like Dragonair, so I threw on a eviolite and invested in my defenses and called it good. Dragonite probably be better though, it gets the same moves and then some.
So I have been running a blissey. With full helping hand and heals. I run life dew. And helping hands. And then I run reflect I think. I also use helping hands after setting up. I also run rayquaza for my flying Mon. Dragon dance and outrage and dragon accent. I run sharp beak and Tera of choice. I suggest flying.
Gholdengo is the prolly the best speed farmer / steel type... gets nasty plot and metal sound and make it rain/steel beam. with choice specs just 1 shots 4stars and 5 stars just needs life orb and 1 buff 1 debuff, 6 star i go back to shell bell if i dont think i can 1 shot. Pixelate Sylveon with hyper beam choice specs also 1 shots 4 stars. Also when using specs you can always cheer atk before getting locked in.
If I come across a raid that has a tera type weak to psychic and the pokemon isn't strong against it I, use a psychic tera espathra with a shell bell and spam lumina crash until it gets to -6 sp def then use psychic.
I just recently ran into a 6 star corvanight with the moveset of Honeclaws drill peck screch and the last move was a mystery cause it would debuf me and my buddy then use honeclaws into drill peck and that would just destroy us
I hate the calm mind move sets, I follow exactly how you said it and 9/10 times I get that final calm mind followed by stat boost nullification move before I can launch any attack meaning I wasted my first bunch of moves for nothing. Maybe Scarlet is the easy version? I really don't know I get nullified so often after stat boosting. I think that's why I ended up loving Appletun, get to attack while doing stat modifying stuff. Thank you for the video though.
How would you handle a 6 star raid Hydraigon with a bug terra? It keeps spamming Taunt and Dark Pulse and won’t let me get off a belly drum and I can’t figure out the best type to withstand dark/dragon attacks but is also effective against bug.
You can try this if you want something just in SV Krookodile @ Shell Bell Ability: Intimidate Tera Type: Ground EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD Adamant Nature - Bulk Up - Taunt - Leer - Earthquake
Wouldn't Hisuian Zoroark pretty much sleepwalk through any Annihilape fight? Don't even need to worry about the attack boosts, the monkey can't do much against a mon that's immune to both Fighting and Ghost (and Normal) type attacks. For a Grass raider, I like a Contrary Leaf Storm Lurantis. Just press A to win unless the opponent has some move that is super-effective against Grass. And in that situation, you probably don't want a Grass raider anyway - most things Grass is good against have plenty of other counters.
It's definitely a good pick You still have to deal with super effective Assurance, but you're immune to rage fist, shadow claw, and close combat... which from what I've seen it WILL still try to use those moves on you from time to time which means lost turns where you get free damage in.
I use azumarill belly drum aqua tail terra water Cetitan as a ice terra belly drum ice spinner & icicle crash Charizard for fire terra belly drum fire fang These work faster, each Pokémon is holding a shell bell
I see a lot of my Box 32 here! (where I keep all my raid 'mons!) For Poison, I actually use Dragalge quite a bit! Adaptability Sludge Bombs hit like a truck with Acid Spray Setup, and it has terrific special defense and acid armor if you have a physical hitter. You know who cleans up lower star dens really well? Pop. Bomb Maushold. Pop a few tidy ups then go to town. Miraidon is great, but man... Bellibolt is a *beast*. They solo things they have no business soloing! Ive waited ages for Ursaluna, and they are great!!! But if you don't have them yet, Garchomp is still a good choice. ^^ Also have Sylveon as my special attacking Fairy type! Pixilate Hyper Voice and Hyperbeam are pure warcrimes. (Hyper Beam is good for maximizing damage pre/post shield, or if you get enough buffs and debuffs that you think you can oneshot!) In addition to type coverage, I like to run physical and special attacking options. Also have some mons for tricky abilities too! Skill Swap 'mons like Tinkaton and Farigaraf come in handy.
Shell bell recovers health based on damage dealt(health lost?). Because of how much health raid mon have you can get nearly, if not all health back with a heavy enough hit. Taking out roughly a tenth of the raid mons health in one attack is usually enough for this.
So these mons are used against the same type or the type it's super effective against (if it's this one then half of these types are not required sinoly because most types can handle quite a few types
