Great video and great timing! I have a tournament this weekend and will be playing at least 3 games, 2 on Saturday. My first games in about 2 years, since I joined a new team after moving for work. I’ll do this before each game. Thanks guys!
Really great video. Thank you very much also for the clear and precise comments for each exercise. I've learned more in this video than in most Warm-Up videos I've seen!
beer league warm up... show up late, hustle through the parking lot. take the stairs 2 at a time, get dressed as fast as possible. 2 hot laps then sit on the bench for puck drop haha
In the summer he trained on roller skates with a hockey stick. Used your exercises. I believe that my skills in the game have become better thanks to you.

Hi guys I’m trying too loose body fat but gain muscle at the same time is this possible whilst still doing your hockey workouts and what would I need too do in terms of dieting thank you
awesome video. is there a meaningful difference between archer squats and cossack squats, and/or a reason to go with 1 vs. the other for the warmup? thank you!
Archer squat is a regression from a Cossack Squat due to a reduced range of motion and continuous flat-foot position on the floor. So, for a lot of players, it's more warm-up friendly.
I have a question, so we I am already in the gym doing workouts 4-5 times a week at every practice and on an off day I feel too fatigued to do a hard workout should I just workout extra anyways on those days or should I just use those to rest
