Presentation needs some improvement. When making comparison between the mobile operators, besides explaining each operator offers, best to put them all in 1 page in tabular format for a minimum of 1-2 minutes for easier reading and comparison while you continue your presentation. Your speech is too fast, I need to keep pausing the video to read the various operator offering, do present at a slower pace.

Yes, they do. Just present your passport during the registration of the SIM card.

@@leoming4561 It depends on how much data you really need. You could go for one of the unlimited plans which costs RM35-45 but there's a speedcap of 3Mbps or 6Mbps depending on the plan. If you don't use more than 20GB, Yoodo is our top pick as you can currently get 20GB for only RM20. -Alex

That's not allowed. Celcom will suspend SIMs if caught being used in unauthorised devices. The "unlimited" plans are meant to be used on your mobile device, not routers.

3 mbps very slow?

3Mbps is sufficient enough for most mobile users for web surfing, social and video streaming. RU-vid recommends 2.5Mbps to stream HD 720p videos. If you want to stream in Full HD 1080p, it requires a minimum of 5Mbps. Netflix recommends 3Mbps for standard definition.

@@whiitly 3Mbps should be fine for most users but it might be slow if you’re going to download or upload large files regularly. Besides the speed, you should also look at the hotspot quota (GB) as laptop/desktop typically uses more data than mobile.
