Did you mean scan a document to pc, then you need brothers software in pc for scanning. That's how I scan documents

@@askxrevtv I already installed a software on my pc. I just noticed that there is label on the printer that states scan.

That is for photocopy black n white and the other for colour photocopy. The copy shortcut is for ID card etc.. photocopy

Yeah I liked the printer a lot and I am going to say my honest review, may vary from unit to unit ❤️ 👍No colour fading whatsoever good colour printing but not water proof 👍Speed : upto 11ppm colour & 28ppm mono only on eco mode. fine and normal may take time. I like the wifi printing through their mobile app also email printing and all is available didn't try it. 👍Currently I took around 2000+ mono prints and 50+ colour prints. 👍Ink tank printing is bang for the buck 👍 Scanning works fine 👍Also have manual paper feed 👍Also comes with roller cleaner 🔥 👍No paper jams whatsoever Demerit 👎More than one paper feed is an issue when paper has moisture content during lot of printing. So what I would do is take all paper dry it up and load it up or clean the roller before taking so much prints eg. 100pages also higher the GSM less the chance of multi feed. Recommended 80gsm or more. Hope it helps ❤️ Yeah like you said all companies claim so much things but there will be something buggy 😂

The warning light can be related to many factors, paper jam, out of memory, incorrect paper size, machine error etc... You have to narrow it down by checking each of the errors. Everything is given in then manual ✌️
