No man, the distance from the wall is just 20 inches so you can’t do muscle ups. You would require a 32 inch depth pullup bar for that. @@DesiGymReviews Appreciate your response brother, one query...kya ham apne local area k blacksmith ( lohar) se bullrock type ka Muscle up bar banwa skte hai..? Would u recommend it? And if not then can u suggest a good pull up bar under 1700 on which we can do pull up with this grip.. 3:12 which u mentioned in the video . Thanku 🤜🤛

@@ShahidHussain-vl6qs yes you can, but the blacksmith must know how to properly design it. Ask him to use atleast 14 gauge steel for good stability and craftsmanship depends on the skill of the guy. However if you can get hold of a skilled guy, you can get a pullup bar made for very cheap
