The other hobbies are extremely important. No matter what the hobby is. You have got to have something to put all your work in the back of your head and have some fun. In the end, that's what you're grinding for. To have fun.

Another one you could’ve added to the list is a gym membership or some equipment if you choose to workout from home. I believe a strong body is a strong mind & the confidence and energy boost you get translates to other areas of your life.

Well tbh for the traveling thing I’d say travel with the incentive to network and learn… it’s one thing traveling for leisure that’s fine but that’s expensive and not really too beneficial to do a lot of in your 20s. But if you’re traveling in your 20s with the intention of LEARNING, NETWORKING or EXPANDING your business then that’s a lot more worth while and worth the money spent as you’re now exposed to new ways of life and whole new markets

In your 20s you have to do the bucket list items that you might not be able to do if you injured yourself. People get injured/ old all the time, then they realise they can not do the things they dreamed of when they were younger despite having the money to do so.

I'm in real estate, I can't even begin to tell you the difference from when I used to show up in a beat up Vauxhall Corsa compared to a clean, well kept mx5. It doesn't have to be an r8, but spend on a car that looks the part if you're into that kind of business.
