I really liked this girl and i was about to ask her out when i found out she got a boyfriend. i was crushed and have felt depressed and terrible for months. but what he said about just "not thinking about it" and how "everything will pass" actually made me feel a lot better. that vid was going so well until you failed at giving advice about depression. to whoever the person was. here's whats helped me: 1.Exercise-do press ups, sit ups or squats before bed and when you wake up, as you'll release endorphins (aka the happy hormone) then as you get more confidence take up the gym, you'll be best going in the morning when its quiet that way you wont feel as intimidated by people. 2. copy super confident people-for me I would big myself up just like Kanye West does. the more positive you talk about yourself the more confident you feel and will also help lift your mood. 3. Avoid watching horror movies, and soppy romantic films as the horror movies will only encourage you to inflict pain on yourself, and romantic films will only make you doubt yourself and wander why they can fall in love and you cant. hope this helps
