Although Reynolds has never won, he's one of Australia's most favourite Masterchef contestants and he often makes incredible dishes that make him phenomenal...i say he is a legend

Each time he's competed, he's gotten one step closer to winning. He came in 4th in Season 7, 3rd in Season 12, and 2nd here. Would love to see him compete once more to win. He truly is one of the most amazing chefs I've ever seen.

A pair/pear of dessert, what an intelligent idea. This is nothing else we seen before, not even in Michelin restaurant. It's almost a privilege for the judges to taste his dessert.

The talent scouting ability of MasterChef Australia casting team is extradordinary. Able to find Reynold and Jess. They are surpassing / go beyond the best pastry chef in the world. Reynold and Jess were just nobody who does not have any profesional training at all.

If english is not your first language, it is actually difficult to understand wordplays. Obv no idea who the judge is and where he is from.

That judge is Amaury Guichon, born in Switzerland and trained in Switzerland and France. He is a master of sculptures in chocolate. He has a RU-vid channel with his creations. Watch them and you'll see why he's a judge.

@@Jmoney10000 Definitely not dumb. English is not his first language so he didn't realize Reynold was using a play on words. I think he knew there was more meaning in what Reynold was saying, he just isn't familiar enough with English to get every detail. I'm sure it doesn't help that Australian English and American English are different.

It's unfortunate he won't return but he doesn't need the title of "MasterChef" he conquered and he delivered flawless deserts. Ryan knows how TV works and that's why he won't return he tried out twice and said it is pointless on coming back. It's unfortunate because he was so good. Btw he hasn't talked to Marco sense this aired everything he has done outside of this show has been him and hes definitely going to build a name for himself.
