Comparison between 11 of some of the best and most popular rhodes vst plugins. I put them in approximate order of my favorites from most favorite to least. Of course I am a bit biased towards my own newly released vst for Kontakt 7 (or the free Kontakt 7 player) for only $29 using mastering grade converters (purchase here: alexmagorsample.... The main reason I created my own rhodes vst, which I now use for my live gigs, is because I wasn't satisfied with any of the other vst's. No eq, reverb, or any processing was used on any of these virtual instruments. Pretty much just the default patches and removed any processing that may have been there by default. Also please note the faders were adjusted after the screen capture to balance them better and if you see an overload on the channel on the video that fader was lowered and it was not overloading when the audio was bounced. Also Pianoteq was in demo mode and not all notes function.
