I just got one having trouble setting the app up also get the failed error, couldn't do manually so after one night of it just gave up and will stick with my Dyson stick vacuum haha
Class review, going to buy this and give it a try, shame your code doesn’t work anymore, could do with some extra cash off it but for £240 it’s still a decent price.
5:27 that is the nozzle for hard floors only. You can remove the main brush and just use that one instead if you have no carpets. Oh and let me tell you, it's a LOT easier to clean as no long hair will ever get tangled when using that nozzle.
Great review thanks. I could see the issue straight away with your initial connection issue. You were connected to 5Ghz. Even connecting via the app you still need to be connected to 2.4Ghz. It’s the same when connecting Dyson products, smart bulbs, plugs and all other home smart equipment. Not sure why none of this modern stuff is still not capable of using 5ghz???
Ordered one yesterday after watching a few reviews. Saw your video whilst I’m waiting for the delivery and by far, your video is the best I have seen. Edit: the extra cover on the box is for tangle free vacuuming, where you remove the brush. Ideal if you have a lot of hair on the floor.
I've got this model (purchased last week from Amazon) but not entirely impressed by its ability to climb over thresholds. It gets stuck each time and I have to come and rescue it. My house has thresholds between hardfloor and tiled kitchen which are approx 1.8cm high. This model is supposedly able to climb over thresholds up to 20mm! Other than that it's a good vacuum but not suited to my house so will be returning it unfortunately. 😕
What a shame! Do you have transitions or are they little steps? Mine are about the same height but I have transition strips so I’m hoping they will act like a ramp for it.
@@moniquem783 I have actually kept the vacuum. I managed to reset it back to factory settings and now it climbs over my transitions! However I still have to help os only occasionally. It's a great vac I'm pleased I have persivered with it and it seems to have paid off.
Drives me insane when I keep hearing vacuum cleaners referred to as Hoovers and cleaning as Hoovering! Hoover is a brand of vacuum cleaners for goodness sake, it is like saying 'i'm going to NEF my dinner.'
