Ive got an s62 pro.. bout 3 years old... the weakness is the black plastic frame around the glass... Eventually chips away leaving the edge of the glass exposed to the next drop. Its good but i want more.... And thats why im here. New cat s75 is out soon.

I just bought a AGM H5 Rugged Smartphone last week and out of the box I charged it. Put the sim card in and started it. The first screen was the pin screen. I tried to put my pin in and nope, didn't unlock. I called the company and told them the problem and they said to use 12369 and try that, Nope... So I got hold of a phone tech and they ran me thru the factory reset... Nope didn't work either... Wait I purchased the AGM H5 & I only had it a couple of months my toddler dropped it from less than one metre high & shattered the screen. Also the sound is already going on it when on voice calls . Th phone that you have now is it any good ?

My husband has worked construction his entire life. None of these so called rugged phones have lasted more than two years. Plus he had a couple he had to replace the screen. He decided to buy an iPhone. He put a rugged case on it and he’s had it 4 years. It’s been dropped in the water. It was run over by a forklift in the mud and he didn’t find it until the next day. They heard it ringing in the mud. He loves it also because he says it’s so easy to use. We’re sticking with iPhones with durable cases. If one is still lasting him over four years it’s a great phone and case. We keep trying to get him to upgrade. He said nothing is wrong with my iPhone why get a new one. Sometimes the rugged cases are better than the so called rugged phones.
