Thank you John and Mercedes for a wonderful time and some memories that we will never forget. And thanks to all of the Odd Squad members. We really enjoy reading your comments and hope that someday we can all get together for a Odd Squad meet up. It will be an amazing time for sure. We hope all of you get the chance to meet John, Mercedes, Sage, and wonder dog Skippy. They are the real deal and really do care about their members. We learned about many of you from them. Amazing people and amazing odd squad members! Polly and Alan
The pleasure was all ours Poly & Alan💚 We had such a great time with you. Thank you for visiting us at Crescent Bar and encouraging us to slow down. You two did more for us then you know. We were sad when you left. Until next time, thank you both! Love, John & Mercedes
The hidden donut at 3:01!! LOL!! 😂 Great, informative and beautifully represented parks my friends - maybe you should do this bi-yearly? Thank you so much! Safe and joyous travels ~💜
Stacey, you rock! :-) . Glad you found the Donut. This is a good idea. We plan to do more, especially once we travel to more places. There's so much we want to explore.
Loved this video :) we are starting our 5 year (we will see... maybe longer lol) full-time RV-ing next year. So excited, doing the thousand trails membership! Keep them coming please!
Happy to hear this! We love our TT membership. Some parks are better than others but you have to visit them to figure out which ones are great for you. Our only regret is getting them through corporate and paying the extra 11%. When you're ready, here is Jim and Brandy's info: 770-622-4188 or brandy_reneau @ equitylifestyle. com
I love the content you guys make, and how brutally honest you are about the good and the bad experiences you guys have. And I'm glad you came to WA, this place is amazing. Now, with that being said, John you're gonna have to throw away that shirt for us we've seen it too much lol Keep doing what you guys are doing. I'm with the younger crowd (28 years old) and am very excited to buy an RV early next year and set out to some of the places you guys have shown my girlfriend and I. Thank you for everything! Oh and John check out Vaultek if you need any slim and compact solutions to firearm storage. I remember in a previous video you mentioned owning a couple.
Hi Dean, We're glad to have you in the RV Odd Squad! Appreciate your kind words. We agree WA is beautiful! You know John has duplicates of the shirt but don't tell anyone. It's funny when RV Odd Squad gives him a hard time. :-) Congratulations on your plan to RV soon. Appreciate the recommendation on Vaultek. We'll have to check that out because it would be helpful. :-)
Ah... that area of AZ is terrific. I hope you had a chance to experience Jerome which is minutes from where you were. You 2 hit some terrific spots and I totally enjoyed your video. Happy travels!
Tim, we missed it. I guess we need to go back. :-) . We learned that theres also a safari place nearby. We want to go back and take Sage. She'll love it!
Hello, Thank you for this wonderful video! You talked about some parks we've stayed at, and some new ones I'm going to look into. We live in Fairbanks, Alaska in the summer and RV around the lower 48 in the winter. This winter will be our second season traveling. Our travels will be bringing us into New Mexico and Texas this winter. Do you have recommendations for or against any places there? Thanks! I am also going to look into what the Odd Squad is.
H Bridget! We are hoping to do Alaska 2022 for the whole Summer. We don't have any suggestions in those areas yet but we will be in FL for the winter. Let us know if you go to FL. Here is a link for the RV Odd Squad Newsletter: www.rvoddcouple.com/about/ . Hope we can meet one day👍😀
Test ride a number of quality FOLDING RECUMBENT TADPOLE TRIKES. You'll get hooked. Folding recumbent trikes exponentially enhance the RV experience. Check out the Catrike Dumont, the HP Velotechnik Scorpion or Scorpion Plus, the ICE Adventure, the Greenspeed Magnum XL Trike that holds up to 450 lbs.. or the more affordable Spike 380. PDX Recumbents in Portland, Oregon has 30 different models you can test ride. Thanks for this video.
Hi guys! Great job on this video! Thank you for sharing all the info. As TT members I'm still learning about making reservations for these type of campgrounds. We are planning our routes for next spring leaving from Florida but I think we can only reserve 60 days ahead. How do you handle reserving in advance?
Hi how are you? 60 days ahead is tough for high season times. For example, if you were trying to stay in FL in winter but only had 60 days, that may not work. Or you would have to wait for a cancelation. But Spring, Summer, and Fall, should be just fine in FL. Does that make sense? But if you Winter in TX, you changes of getting in are way better. So you have to balance the seasonality and demand. :-)
I soooo hope I get to meet you in person some day, I've never felt so connected to someone I've never met before, but you guys are like family to me! I thank God for leading me to your channel so many many months ago, you guys have been a tremendous blessing to me and all of the people who are as proud to be a member of the Odd Squad as I am!! I love you guys, be safe and as always daily prayers go up for you :)
Connie, we love you too! Thank you so much for being part of our family! It's the funniest thing. Even though we haven't formally met, through technology we've gotten to know you. We appreciate your prayers, well wishes and your help! We are beyond words with your comment. God bless!
Connie Watt I think just the best I mean they really have a way of reaching through the camera to us and making us feel part of the family what a wonderful example of love and friendship they really are!
John and Mercedes, $Kalifornia$ is pricey, notice we are the highest cost for fuel, taxes, vlf (vehicle license fee). So outside of Hawaii, we are expensive here. Thank you for being you. You two are precious. Great videos! You two have great presentation, work off each other's energy. Very very awesome.
Thanks for the great video so I can see other areas of the country which I have not yet visited. I may someday join Thousand Trails. Glad you are enjoying the full-time RV life! Jealous but I am making progress toward that!
Well if you guys ever make it to washington state again, dont miss Silver Ridge Ranch. They are considered eastern Wa, however, you are only 40 minutes from seattle. They have full hookups, tent camping, internet boondock camping and the have a B&B. Plus your 15 minutes from Roslyn wa where they filmed northern exposure. Such a quaint little town. Hope your future travels are safe and blessed.
Rebecca, thank you so much for this advice. We loved Eastern Washington. We will definitely be back. Appreciate the recommendations. These are things you just won't know unless you've been there before. Thank you! :-)
Since I know you guys want to always be real about your experiences, of all the TT campgrounds you've stayed at, what % are very nice or better, and what % are not so good to terrible? We just went full-time, and we're seriously considering signing up with TT, but I have some hesitations. My in-laws had TT back in the '90. We thought the membership sounded great! Back then no reservations were needed, and you were guaranteed a spot, even if it meant a night or two in their overflow lot before moving over. The campgrounds were immaculate. The only downside we saw was big gaps around the country with no TT campgrounds. And it was members only. Here are my concerns: it is my understanding now you always have to book reservations for anywhere and anytime and months in advance. I've also heard, and seen for myself, that so many of the campsites have been let go and are rundown. I can't help but compare the 90's TT with today's TT. I'd like to try it out with just a basic membership in 1 or 2 zones, but with such a short bookout time - I believe only 60 days, what's the use? Any thoughts and advise? Thank you for your help and time! Love your videos!
This is a very fair question. For the money, they're all reasonable IF you full time. (last year we averaged about $10/night.) . But.... 30% of the parks that we visited made it to the list. The Encore's tend to be better. TT is hit or miss. It also depends on the region and age of the park. The older parks were way worse. Sorry we can't give you a set % but we could also do a "worst parks" series. We just didn't record the bad ones.
I hate to say I told you so.... But see!! Isn't Washington State amazing!? It's a different place around every corner. Ok... So I guess I really like saying I told you so... Happy travels 😀
Hi I’ve joined your channel and enjoy watching your videos. My husband and I are 70 and thinking of buying an RV but not to go full-time. We live just south of Seattle and want to get out of here during the cold rainy months in the winter. Since we would just be part time can we do this without joining TT or other programs. Is there a place where we can find campgrounds that you don’t have to be a member of. Or what would be the best program for part-timers? Also, I’m kind of afraid to do this alone. Are there RV groups that you can travel with? Thank you. Pam
There are lots of Groups on Facebook that you can join. If you will just part time, try Passport America. That will give you a lot of Campground to choose from at 50% off 😊
OMG! So many beautiful places you have been! I just love that you guys are having fun! Thank you for sharing these great sites with some great scenery!
Thank you :) This has been one of my favorite RV videos , because of you two . I trust your advice and I feel God has brought y'all into our lives as well. He does bring people and circumstances together with His perfect timing.. We really appreciate how you present yourse!ves and your outlook on life without concern of the "politically correct" self appointed police. I was folowing your videos before the "odd squad" started , I think. So I hope we are connect properly, especially for advice on buying the right truck for the RV we like. John, your explanation video on that was so easy to understand, thank you for breaking it down in terms on the white board that i could actually follow!!! My husband and I just retired and are in the process of purchasing a 5th wheel and truck.
Crescent Bar! My husband and I were raised in Quincy and lived there for over 40 years. We now live in East Wenatchee, just 40 minutes away. We love Central Washington and I don't think we will ever move away. Where else can you go boating, water skiing, and snow skiing within a 45 minute drive of each other? We are so spoiled here! We sure wish that we knew you were here. We would have stopped by to say "Hi!" Many blessings and safe travels!
Wow, you guys just catapulted my excitement to RV with this video. All of those places are amazing! Your professionalism with presenting this is the best! That beautiful spot you chose was a perfect place to showcase your top favorite places. Can’t wait to start my adventures!
Too funny. As a life long WA State resident, crescent Bar is very low on my list of places to recommend. Great to know that others may find the site attractive (but your head might explode visiting our Mountains, lakes, rain forests, glaciers, deserts, volcanoes, water locks, ferries, and many be even meeting Sasquatch).
Wow guys, what an amazing video and thank you so much for sharing your experience with us. What was with the half eaten donut?!?! That was too funny, I had to reverse back to see because I thought my eyes were playing a trick on me. Have a great adventure! Aloha!
Hey there, if anyone is currently camping at Thousand Trails Snowflower, we have a friend trapped in a small trailer with her two dogs inside and a hungry bear rummaging around, looking for leftover dog bits that got spilled outside last night. Upper Fawn, spot #mid 40s
Try The Islander rv resort in Lake Havasu City Az. Great place to stay. Spring fall and winter is the best time. Summer is very hot. Top notch resort. Beautiful views.
Highway Haven was a blast. It was nostalgic. It brought you back to the 1950s but it didn't feel old. (if that makes sense?) . Glad you enjoyed. Thank you so much for the beautiful meessage & God bless.
Thank you John and Mercedes for a wonderful time and some memories that we will never forget. And thanks to all of the Odd Squad members. So yet another RU-vid RV park review video. Same old stuff. But wait, for some reason, this one was so much better than the rest. I don't know what it is, but your videos are easy to watch until the end, unlike many other videos out there. This video was awesome. We may be heading out on a 3 week trip in 2 years. The place you filmed the video is gorgeous. That may have to be on our list. And I have never seen such great pictures and videos of Yosemite. Coincidentally, good friends of ours just moved to Florida, less than an hour away from Royal Coachman. When we visit them, this may be our home. Great job as usual. Thanks.
Thank you Mike💚 You have always inspired us and assured us that we would get through the early success that we've had. We are so very grateful for Friends like you that we have met along the way. We would love to see you in FL! Thank you as always for being our Friend, See you soon👍😀💚
Hey guys, maybe you’ve answered this before. I can’t seem to find this information. If you are not a TT or Encore member, can you still book a site at the places you mentioned? Thanks.
Thank you! :-) We love TT. These were the nicest parks so far, but we tell everyone TT is great for full timers. We wouldn't recommend it if you're not in a position to use it. Don't hesitate to ask us anything about TT. Anything we don't know we'll find out. :-)
If you’re that close, you owe it to yourself to go up the road to Levenworth. It’s a Bavarian style village. If you’re heading to N Idaho, there are a number of different sites that will leave you in awe as well.
This is AWESOME!! Thank you Odd Couple for sharing your experiences!! it is wonderful to see and hear what you have to share. You three have a special place in my heart. Travel On!!!! Now we just need to get you off the grid!!! There is SOOOOOOO much more to be seen!
Wonderful video. I hope you travel here to Michigan in the summer. It is a glorious gem of beauty! The great lakes are a site to behold with many, many beautiful small inland lakes too!
It seems people either love or hate thousand trails. Obviously you love it, like many others. The biggest complaint I hear of is that you need to book many many months in advance to even be able to stay at the better ones. What is your (unbiased) experience with this problem?
You guys are great and beautiful family, why don’t you do some east coast camping for us business owners who can only do weekends on the eastern half of the country. Keep up the good work sfc ret army good luck and safe travels.
Hello Odd Squad...I need to vent. My husband and I are staying in our favorite campground for 10 days in Wells Maine. We are on a corner site with the hook ups behind us on the road. There is an extra water spigot for the tenters across the road. This morning we watched a “gentleman” walking his dog and let the dog lift his leg and urinate on the 4x4 that the water spigot for the tenters was attached to. We were appalled and cannot understand why someone would find this acceptable. We were upset with ourselves for not saying anything to this guy, because frequently we are the only people to speak up. Are we wrong to be upset about this?
This would piss me off! Some people...Kindly let the guy know that people drink out of that spigot or let management of the campground know and they can say something to him. We considerate folks need to watch out for each other. Thank you Luanne😀👍
Hi guys i just saw your video thank you for showing us all these camp sites. most of all i really want to thank you for the prices, great video keep them coming.
1 Sunny side camp ground in Cultas lake BC is our favourite park near us 2 Premier rv park in Redding California is great we stop every year on our way to California 3 Riverside rv in Klamath California is great right on the river and next to trees of mystery 4 malibu rv resort is our favourite the view of the ocean is beautiful with the beach across 5 Chula Vista rv resort in San Diego is very very clean nice spots right next to the ocean
Wow!! You guys are experiencing some beautiful memories together!! Happiness Looks good on you all...❤ Always in my thoughts & prayers...💙 A Fan for Life, Sunshine 🔆💜🔆
John and Mercedes I got ask you how far in Vance do you have to make reservations for these places that you visited what is the best method for making reservations from campground campground in your opinion so that you always have a place to stay
Great question. Depends on the seasonality. If it's high season, the further in advance, the better. If it's low season, it shouldn't matter too much if it's a few weeks ahead. Demand, season, weather, etc, all work together to drive availability. We can reserve 180 days in advance, so we take advantage of this in high season times. :-)
Sounds like TT is the way to go for full timers! The west coast is on my bucket list so this was very valuable insights! I got to climb the sand dunes in Pacific City on the Oregon coast last month with my grandkids! So much fun!!!
Thank you for the very comprehensive parks review! I live Southern California, so three of these are very doable, and we haven’t been to any of them yet! Glad to hear you enjoyed them, we’ll give them a try ! Your info is always so helpful, keep doing what you’re doing 👍😊
My eyes pop out of my head every time I see one of those Yosemite shots of mountains and waterfalls. My fav is how much fun you 3 are having at these beautiful parks. I got the newsletter. TY God Bless.
Yosemite is so beautiful that the pictures look fake. :-) . We are so blessed and looking at our favorite RV resorts made us realize how much we've gotten to see. Appreciate your well wishes and your support. Thank you for the kind words. God bless!
John and Mercedes love your videos of all the places you have stay at you give a good in depth review on the campground can wait to get my first rv and get on the road can you tell me with all the campground that you stay at if there is a problem finding spot to park a diesel pusher that 45 feet long and do you have to pay more according to the size of your rig in these parks
Sometimes it is hard for us to find a spot that can fit. Between the RV and the truck when unattached, we don't fit everywhere like we would if we had a 20 foot tt or class b. It's the one thing that stinks because it can be a little stressful looking for a spot to park. Some RV parks were created decades ago when RVs were much smaller. We haven't heard of having to pay more for the size of the rig. We've heard of paying more for 30 vs 50 amp, or regular vs. premium sites though. Great question. Hope this helps. :-)
Thank you for responding i am looking to start RVing. Trying to find the right size that feels comfortable not to small on a rainy day but fits into campsites love. Your channel you guys are what RVing is all about
Too bad we miised you at cresent bar, My hometown is wenatchee. Eastern Washington is beautiful and sunny. Lake chelan is another place you should visit. Leavenworth is definitely a place to see. We are in lake chelan now. Are you guys in Washington still ?,
We just left Washington. Sorry we missed each other. Since the 911 scare, we don't share specifics about our location until we've left. We want to go back. We loved Eastern Washington. Hope our paths cross and thank you for the recommendations! :-)
@@RVOddCouple I wouldn't share either until we have left , I understand that. Have fun on your journey, hopefully we will meet up sometime in the future. The video was great!
This is great, your video on thousand trails was super helpful when purchasing my membership and this info will be invaluable for future travels. Thanks!
Not sure what the max length is at these places. Don't want to guess. We're 41 and we fit fine at these parks. Sometimes we had less spots to chose from, but we were able to get in.
Hi John & Mercedes - I am an Architect that has been inspired by your Channel and we just ordered our new Teardrop Trailer! We also started a new You-Tube Channel titled "Solaris Architects" and was wondering if you can check it out and maybe mention us. I think your channel has grown as fast as it has because you both are brutally honest and a perfected example of it is your popular "Pissed" video. Keep it up!
Hi Tim, Appreciate you saying that we inspired you. We made a note to check out your channel once we catch up👍😀 John loves Architecture💚 Thank you for the kind words and just be you on your new channel
@@RVOddCouple Great to hear that John loves architecture. I primarily focus on large custom residential homes but have transitioned into Tiny Homes and even designing Protype RVs (thus the new channel "Solaris Architects")
I am thinking of trying thousand trails membership but i heard a lot of the parks have bad signal... having internet is important to me as I work 9-5 Monday - Friday remotely... what is your overall experience with thousand trails campgrounds and internet
Great point Angel! We have both ATT & Verizon along with a wide range of boosters and antennas. We would say that we had good internet connection at 80% of the Parks. You really have to do your homework if your job depends on it. We are working on a video for this. Let us know😀
I would LOVE a video for this. Especially some of your favorite parks with best signal. Maybe even the RV odd squad could collectively gather info on internet reception and what provider is covered for any parks subscribers have visited... a google doc or something.. just an idea since I need the info lol. Glad to hear there is mostly good signal as I really want to do TT and save money
Well, I wish I could read all the comments. LOL. But, I have to work tomorrow. Mom had her surgeon's consultation today. The tumor is VERY small. They'll be able to get it with a lumpectomy. Then radiation to follow for 5 days, twice a day. We feel good about the Dr and her team. I think she'll do fine. They're still going to check the local lymph node areas though. Thank you once again for for an AWESOME and very informative video!! I'd love to see more video footage of where you guys go. The local areas. This one is like an appetizer!! LOL. GREAT drone footage too!!! Saw the donuts!!! 🍩 LOL Y'all are awesome!! Keep up the great videos!! Prayers still needed. Love ya!! God bless you and family...and please stay safe. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
One note on the Verde Valley, it can get extremely hot down there during summer. I would go through 2 - 4 times a year to visit my father in Prescott...and being as I was on my motorcycle, I would ALWAYS go through Oak Creek Canyon, Sedona and up through Jerome on 89a. BUT, I would always hit the heat in the summer of over 100 degrees. But, by all means, visit Sedona for at least a week and include Jerome, you won't regret it. As always, be safe, have fun, and happy camping. v/r, TS Denver, CO PS - Are you going to travel through South Dakota on your return east? One more question, because you were required to stay with the birds until they fledged, were you required to pay for the extra time in the campground....just curious?
Good info Tyrel😀 We missed Jerome but we have a list of things to hit when we return to VV. We won't be traveling through SD. Taking 90 through Idaho, Montana, Wyoming into CO for 3 weeks and then 70 across to Indiana. TT Didn't charge us for the extended stay du to birds👍 Thanks again for the info💚
It sounds like you might be going through Billings, MT. If so, and you would like to stay at a nice, full hookup campground, the very first KOA is there. We camped there for a week a couple years ago...it is BEAUTIFUL...probably the best KOA we have ever stayed in over the last 5 or so years, There is a river right next to dip your toes in. As the saying goes..."Try it, you'll like it."
We loved Texas and will definitely be back! Texas was beautiful and the people there were awesome. Best drivers we've encountered so far. They understand what "passing lane" means.
I have properties and families in Vancouver and Portland, OR. I will definitely check Quincy out. Also, there is German town/community in Leavenworth up north if you have not been there. They have all kinds of activities including bratwurst, European/German Christmas market at night in Dec. It can be a tourist trap as usual.
Thanks, John and Mercedes for all your videos on Rving, when I get my future Van I'll join the Squad, take care and may the Lord bless you and keep you safe!
Wow this was a very helpful video for people traveling right now and those looking forward to it. Thanks guys. See you tonight and bring some Donettes to feed the Goose. Hahahahaha Cheers!!!
Yea sorry not a great night. I decided to go back to the old job that I am currently under Long Term Disability with and pick up my tool bag. It’s been a year and a half since I was there but was finding it hard to go get my tools because it means I’m done. I mean I’m done anyway, I can no longer do my job because of the osteoarthritis in my hands but this kinda finalized it. I’m only 61 and too young to retire. 40 years as a Packaging Mechanic and now nothing, no gold watch, no party nothing. Sorry I missed you guys and the gang. I hope to be back next week. Cheers!!!
@@ftkinsella So sorry to hear this Buddy! We were thinking about you and wondering where you were. Getting old sucks, Hang in there. You should start a youtube channel and wear the same shirt every day. lol -John
when I start RV'n I am going to want to find long stay spots, with your package what are the longest stays allowed? I hear good an bad things about the 1000 trails like mostly short stays and some sites may cost extra. Love all your Info thanks for sharing.
You're the first person to catch this. I couldn't even read this comment to John. This comment made me laugh so hard my eyes watered. Thank you! This comment made my week!
I love how honest and open ya'll are about sharing the good and the bad about everything RV! :) Great video! I saved it so that I can reference it on planning my next RV trip! ((HUGS))
Okay, so you almost have me convinced that we need to join TT. We just began our full-time RV life, and my concern is are they where we want to go? After viewing this video, looks like maybe they are. Would love to see more videos like this one. THANK YOU SO MUCH for how you did this video - it has enough info with some footage, but not long and drawn out - thank you for not make us sit though "hours" of footage following you around listening to funky music before finding out where you were and why you liked the place. ❤️
I had no idea Crescent Bar was a community and RV PARK. I've driven by it probably 20 times and have heard about it. I assumed it was just a beach. I learned differently when I came down and met you. It was awesome to meet up!
It was so nice getting to meet you. And it just worked out perfectly with our schedules. Glad to hear that we introduced you to a little gem. It makes sense that you would assume it was just a beach. We had to drive down into the canyon to see the beauty. Thank you for taking the time to meet us. Until next time! :-)
What beautiful places you guys have been to. Don't have the TT membership but just knowing the places helps and what activities are available in the area. My wife and I love the videos.
Debbie, thank you so much! Glad you enjoyed the video. Yes, we loved these spots. And most of the TT/Encore parks had a gate with a code to get in. Thank you again & God bless! :-)
All of those parks look fabulous, maybe someday I’ll be able to visit them ! Question- how does the RV club thousand trails make any money if your able to stay at these parks for basically free ? Is your membership that expensive ? Good Sam only gives a discount, is it like a yearlong timeshare ?
Check out our Thousand Trails video Dave. Quite frankly, we think TT membership is paid for by those who don't use it. TT membership is the best way to live an a secure campgrounds with full hook-ups. You have to use TT memberships for them to be worth it.
John and Mercedes, Thank you so much for your kind words about Yosemite Lakes RV resort. I know that I along with all of the employees there appreciate your recognition. Everyone there truly has an investment in the park and the guests experience. We have since left Yosemite to hit the road again full time RVing. Would love to hear from you and get some pointers on you tubing our experiences on the great open road!! Best decision we ever made!! (Again! Lol)
We definitely left a part of our hearts in Yosemite. Hope we cross paths- we'd love to help. Congratulations on setting out again. What a great adventure. :-)
Great video! Love the information. I am contemplating making the jump just as you have, but I'm tied down to SoCal. Have you stayed at any of the TT sites near OC/LA?
Greetings! I found your channel last night and watched about a dozen of your videos. We love them. I really like how honest and real you guys are. My wife and I and our 7 year old daughter have been full time on the road for just over a year now. The video you had a few months ago about some RV channels you followed not responding to you...that was interesting and its too bad you had that experience. Fortunately we had an opposite experience . A while back we hit a dry spell money wise and we reached out to Less Junk More Journey and asked if they knew a place we could hunker down for cheap. They invited us to come to the RV park in their home town where they were right then, as it was only $400/month with electric included. So we headed to Tennessee and Nathan and Marissa met us for lunch and welcomed us like family. Our toad broke down the day we arrived and Nathan was kind enough to take us to the laundromat and a couple places while our Jeep was in the shop. So there are some really good Christian folk out there doing RU-vid channels that are genuine caring people. My impression I get from your videos is that you are great people also and we hope to meet you someday. We subscribed to your channel and look forward to watching more videos!
Hi Mark, Welcome to the RV Odd Squad! So glad you liked our videos. I'm so delighted to hear that you had a good experience with LJMJ. We've never tried reaching to them but we enjoy their videos. They seem like a great family but hearing your story makes me like them more. :-)
John and Mercedes! Thank you for the informative videos! We purchased a TT membership about the same time as you last year. I needed to renew but hated to pay $585 for the camping pass, Southwest. So I took your advice and contacted Jim and Brandi Reneau. We saved $115 a year and no sales tax. It was a simple email phone call. I’m also anxiously waiting for my Berkey water system. I’ve ordered the travel size since it’s mostly just the two of us. Really hoping I get my monies worth. I’m hoping we can meet one day because I’d just love to sit by the campfire with you guys and chat! You’re so fun. I’ve never subscribed to a RU-vid channel before and I just love The Odd Squad. Have fun and safe travels. Thanks again for the great tips!
Thank you so much Cindy💚 We'll be meeting (face to face) for the first time in October. They have helped a lot of people in the RV Odd Squad. You will absolutely love your Berkey. Hands down the best water we have both had! We would love to sit around a campfire with you! Thank you for your love & support💚💚💚💚💚💚💚
Mercedes and John (us guys know who the boss is,lol) another great video. who would've thoughts there so many great rv resorts? have a great labor day. Peace, Love, and Respect. Herman
Hi Herman! Hope you are well! :-) I'd like to say that we take turns being the boss. But who knows. :-) Glad you enjoyed. Yes, these places were beautiful. Hope you had a great holiday weekend. As always, Peace, Love & Respect to you too!
I am shocked. Crescent bar is in my backyard and I never would have thought of it as beautiful, especially compared to all the other spots in Washington. Funny how we don't look in our own back yards for fun. Love your broadcasts
LOL Dawna! This is so true! We all fail at times to realize the beauty so close. Get out there and enjoy it. We hope to visit Crescent Bar again Merry Christmas.
What a wonderful video you two! Getting solid recommendations ,with the pros and cons of each, is so helpful, especially hen the area is new to you. Love those drone shots of you two, Sage, your older daughter, and the puppy! Oooohhhhh!!! Those beautiful shots of Yosemite...can’t wait until next year! Thank you!
Thank you Virginia! Appreciate your comment. It was really nice having both of our daughters. And we're so glad you enjoyed the recommendations. We tried to be neutral, so that's why we mentioned 1 thing that was a downside. Because everything has a positive and a negative. :-)
