I would recommend to put your 3d res to 90 or 80% if u dont have a god pc cz it removes all the stutters reduces input delay and increases FPS

go one higher for fps cap. example 180 monitor set to 200. frames won't drop below your refresh rate that way

Definitely cap you fps to what ever your getting at not your monitor, I have 144hrz but only get like 70 fps so I cap at 60fps, capping it and having a steady fps is WAY better then variable fps, makes it smooth around instead of jumping to smoothness when looking at the sky and laggy when looking around, now it’ll be smooth where ever you look cause it’s capped if you wanna know more just look up a video..
