Word to the wise: dont build the portal behind the village. Inly build the one this creater built. If you build the one behind it wont spawn you near the nether fortress.

there is a chest in the ocean ruin, its buried into the sandstone and the loot has a 4th treasure map which has some music discs.

There actually is treasure in that underwater ruined sand monument building that you said there wasn’t. You said they were useless. I literally spawned in in this seed and went to it. And dug it up. Along with the one right next to it.
