I totally agree with you. The government should be helping keep these restaurants going. This is history, ctaft , tradition, ...old fashion handmade cooking. Hardworking and humble chefs and workers . 💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙👍👍👍
Hi i am from New Zealand and this vlog blew me away the owner grandma is such a hard worker and strong for her age lifting those heavy pots i hope to travel to Japan one day i will put this place on my bucket list.
That elder looks so happy working and the pots are way bigger than her and is not intimidated. They sure know how to work in small spaces and that a lot of work!
Can’t believe what I saw, pots are almost as big as these awesome small lady,I’m just speechless about what they are doing,so much respect, would like to visit immediately and eat at this place 💯💯💯definitely no gym needed 😎 no men at all ,would do this tough work 😢
I live in Fukuoka and I feel so lucky that I can try their udon without having to travel a long distance. Never heard of their restaurant before but now I’m so eager to visit their restaurant. Btw I’m making udon for dinner today lol
These are the real spice girls. The power, the work speed, the multitasking, everything self made, the love, I’m baffled, amazed and I feel totally useless. Hats off to these amazing women!
