Looks like a GX Luxury, did you delete the airbags on this and put a rear spring and shock?

@@Sam9wilson9 - the placement of some of the KDSS modules/components is different in the ’23, apparently. Last I contacted Westcott, they hadn’t found a permanent solution - but that may have changed by now. For sure, I’d call them before you place an order!

They have a nice rotor kit that is vented better with slots or cross drilled to help the gases escape between the pad and rotor. It also does not get as hot.

They had a bad reputation of low quality parts in the past but they are making better stuff these days. You can run a 6” kit but remember you have to cut out the cross member and will sacrifice your frame warranty. Plus a 6” lift is not intended for off roading.

What size are you wanting to run?

@westcottdesigns I'm fine with same overall tire/wheel size as stock, don't want rubbing or cutting. Not sure if stock 19" wheels make sense with KO2 tires. Maybe 18" wheels with KO2 tires? Do 17" or 18" wheels fit the brakes and air suspension?

⁠@@ej2863I could not find tires I liked for my wives gx460 luxury that came with 19” wheels, all the bells and whistles, rear air suspension and KDSS. Changed to tire friendlier size with sidewalls for protection of them massive potholes in the spring and logging roads in our area. Went with Method 316 17x8.5 00mm offset. check in case my memory slightly off ! I spoke to method direct to make sure they fit no rubbing. Did not want to worry of any issues of flat tires or issues while she drove alone with her girlfriends taking photos in the back country. BFG KO2 all terrains 265/65/17 kept overall tire size equal to OEM. The tires work great for our type of terrain and what we do and have been using for many many years with no issues at all on ugly shale type roads. Problem Load range E. Quite a bit stiffer than Load range C but C was not available for the size that I wanted. You sacrifice ride quality in the city for no holes or sidewall issues off-road. For her to get home without extra work airing up and down fixing flats while a grizzly or a cougar is possibly eyeing you up for an easy lunch to me ride quality comes second. I loved my rock sliders from Westcott Design that I bought for my 4Runner and looking at same plus for my wives gx460 …

It has a Bilstein 6112’s in the front with our Westcott Designs preload collar and a 5160 in the rear.

The plastic on the front bumper does not protect the radiator. The core support does. This frame basically goes all the way around the radiator.

@@westcottdesigns I thought people bend back or chop off the two support bars when doing a bumper chop up to the spindle portion of the grill on the new gx
