I don't have him so I'm talking out of my ass. But I feel if you're using him and struggling to get past andras 20 maybe don't get it? I'm able to auto it without him at all, but If I did add him I feel any downside there would feel kinda negligible? Personally I'd go with an unowned shimmer. But his r2 looks like it makes building him easier to be more effective in certain pve stuff, and on offense pvp

I think R0 XP definitely better man. R2 tevor isn't used in pvp ever and for andras which is where tevor shines his crit rate and crit damage don't matter so r2 doesn't matter. XP will help u with both pve and pvp.

If I recall correctly, Andras is a bit inconsistent about who to punish when it comes to passive CRate increase. R2 Tevor and R0+ Hailey don’t get punished. Liam does get punished because of his Passive ability CRate, but it’s usually okay because of his very high-DEF build. R2 Mateo gets punished for landing Spark on Andras (using Mateo in Andras is not a good idea, but that’s not the point). I might be mistaken, but I’m pretty sure that God King Gaius gets punished for his mode’s CRate boost. I don’t know how the interactions go for espers that can’t crit, even if built with 100% CRate, such as Norah, JQ, Momo, and Ginny. But the point is that Andras is quite a bit inconsistent and it’s understandable why you’d question it. I recommend that you learn all the interactions from others if it helps you make a decision for yourself.
