Ctrl Arrows, Move to the edge of the data region (left, right, up, or down) in a worksheet. For example, pressing Ctrl + Right Arrow will move the cursor to the last cell in the current row that contains data.
Shift Arrows, Select cells. Extends the selection of cells by one cell in the direction of the arrow key.
Ctrl Shift Arrows, Select a range of cells from the current position to the edge of the data region in the specified direction.
Ctrl Space Bar, Select the entire column of the active cell.
Shift Space Bar, Select the entire row of the active cell.
Ctrl +, Insert cells, rows, or columns. Opens the Insert dialog box, allowing you to insert cells, rows, or columns.
Ctrl -, Delete cells, rows, or columns. Opens the Delete dialog box, allowing you to delete cells, rows, or columns.
Ctrl Shift L, Toggle AutoFilter. Adds or removes filters in the selected range or entire worksheet if no specific range is selected.
Ctrl T, Create a table from the selected range. Converts the selected range into an Excel table, which includes features like sorting and filtering.
Alt =, Insert the AutoSum formula. Automatically inserts a SUM function to sum the values above or to the left of the current cell.
Alt Enter, Insert a line break within a cell. Allows you to add multiple lines of text within a single cell.
Ctrl A, Select all cells in a table, data set or the entire worksheet or even select all the elements such as images, icons, shapes etc. If the cursor is within a data range, it selects the entire range; pressing it again will select the entire worksheet.
Alt F1, Create a chart. Inserts a default chart (usually a column chart) using the data in the current range.
Ctrl E, Flash Fill. Automatically fills values in the selected column by recognizing patterns in the data. For example, if you have a column of first names and another of last names, you can use Flash Fill to combine them into a single column of full names.
